Notre Boeuf de Grâce is hands down one of my favorite burger spots! The food is absolutely amazing everything is fresh, flavorful, & cooked perfectly. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, & every bite is worth it.
Beyond the food, the vibes are just as good. The atmosphere is fun & welcoming, making it a great place to hang out with friends or enjoy a casual meal. The staff are friendly, & the whole experience is consistently excellent. If you're looking for delicious food & a great atmosphere, I can't recommend Notre Boeuf de Grâce enough!
My favourite burger spot in the west-island. I went with my husband & two boys. We got some delicious appetizers, & loved the juicy burgers done exactly the way we like it. My kids love the hot dogs & they never disappoint. The fries are golden, so tasty & addictive. When we feel like barbecuing on a nice day, we love ordering their burger/hot dog package sent with all the toppings you would want. Don't forget the regular fries & sweet potato fries if you feel like being healthier. The staff at the restaurant are always so friendly & helpful. Highly recommend with the family or even as a date night.
I have eaten at two of the other NBDG restaurants, one in NDG & the other on Mont Royal, the experience in Pointe Claire was not even close. The burgers were tasteless & the service was slow & rather dry. After the plates were dumped in front of us, with our lackluster hamburgers & fries, no salad no coleslaw, they never asked us if we wanted anything to drink, after an initial double expresso was served & never filled up our water, & never even asked how we were doing. The waitress who served us was full of self importance & seemed more concerned with showing that she was above such a place & had an attitude to show for it...I have run clubs, bars & restaurants, & I would never give this woman the time of day... Apart from being condesceding , She was quite rude in general when taking our order, & at the end of the meal, she made us wait for quite some time in front of our empty water glasses, & half eaten fries, at which point she showed up & asked us if everything had been as good as she expected it should be, I told her that it was ok at best, & that the only really good thing had been the expresso served at the beginning of the meal...to which she responded' I know my coffee, I take it black ...like my soul' which she imagined was a brilliant witty & captivating comment from the look she gave immediately after uttering such a ridiculous statement to a client in a burger resto...so at least there was a comedic relief at the end of a very underwhelming experience. we will not return. & neither should you. Hamburger joints are many, really good ones much fewer, but they are there. try something else. & to you our waitress in your innapropriate blue spandex shorts, you are not a shooter girl at Bord'Elle...nor could you ever be... do yourself a favor, You really should not be in the service industry...of any kind
Awesome restaurant. Their chicken tenders for lunch are only $15, which is amazing. Plus, the staff is super friendly, & the place has a really cool vibe inside.
Honestly this place has just become disappointing, it used to be a lot better.
The food is just okay, used to be better. Patties slide off the bun & the bun soaks up a ton of grease, which makes it hard to eat.
The restaurant is very loud, the music makes it difficult to hear.
The worst part has definitely become the service, it used to be pretty good but now it's basically non existent. The waitress we had (maybe not all of them) came exclusively to take the order & take the payment. We never saw her otherwise, but you see a ton of busboys walking around, & unfortunately they don't seem to help with anything else.
The busboy came to our table to take 2 empty plates & asked if my friend was still eating his food on his plate, he was not finished with his plate but asked if he could have some mayo. The busboy said okay, but we never got the mayo, from him or the waitress. But after my friend finished his plate, she was very quick to arrive to ask if we wanted anything else. I just wanted to pay & leave.
I'm sad to leave this review, but I just want the upper management have my constructive criticism. Things can't improve if they don't know there could be improvements.
How can they advertise in their menu the Impossible vegetarian burger yet serve you a completely different patty that is tasteless without mentioning anything!!!
after having the impossible burger at a different location & it was really impossible to differentiate between a real & a vegan burger i decided to bring back 9 of my friends in the pointe claire location where we all decided to order the impossible burger based on my opinion.
when this new patty arrived & everyone couldn't even take a second bite!!! they made doubt that what i had at the different location was a real burger & the restaurant had made a mistake serving it to me.
& that's why i didn't say anything that evening thinking i was wrong.
i called the restaurant next day & spoke to the manager who tells me they did change the patty!!!!!!!! nothing mentioned by the waiter, Impossible burger is still on the menu.
wrong advertising & complete disrespect to the clients!!!
