This is one of my favorite places to eat thee service is great . One complaint I have is the usually delicious French fries were burnt . At what these French fries cost it was a huge disappointment. The French fries that came with the burger were burned & so was the extra one I purchased. I couldn't eat them .. so I'm thinking I'm probably not going to go back . ,& that makes me sad because the service is very good . So for service I give an A+ for their usually fantastic FRENCH FRIES , THIS time I have to sadly give them a D- .
Went in with my wife for a deluxe burger after a long day of running around. We chose 2 different burgers & shared them. Food was served quickly & cooked to perfection & atmosphere was good. Will return in the future.
Toujours d'excellents burgers. Menu bien complet avec options pour tous les goûts. Un peu déçue de 2 aspects : un employé ne parlait & ne comprenait aucun français & la porte d'entrée claquait fortement à chaque fois qu'elle était utilisée. Un peu désagréable. Mais bouffe toujours bonne.

J'ai rarement vécu une expérience de commande par internet aussi mauvaise. De plus, le service en clientèle est inexistant. Les employées s'en foutent carrément, Elles sont Bêtes & désintéressées. Aucune vérification & le refus que je lui donne le numéro de commande nous quittons vers la maison nous nous rendons compte qu'il y a une Erreur de sac remis, le paiement dédoublé (crédit sur commande & débit au comptoir) . On revient, on explique la situation mais une des serveuses s'entête à nous parler seulement en anglais en nous regardant comme nous étions les épais de cette histoire. & finalement, après le remboursement en argent, elle quitte en nous tournant le dos sans excuse ni remerciement. Quand on est arrivé pour manger après les aller retours, nos repas étaient froids. & il manquait le bacon 3$ dans un burger. Le pire c'est que ces employées demande un pourboire pour une commande pour emporter. Être le propriétaire, une petite rencontre serait à l'horaire. En tout cas pour nous c'était la dernière fois.
Il faut demander un service en français & la bouffe est assez surévaluée car les burgers sont fades. Les frites sont généralement trop cuites à mon goût. Mais la salle à manger offre une belle ambiance, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les restaurants de cette partie de la rue Sherbrooke.

They are famous for their burgers. I recommend their classic with cheese, but their burger with blue cheese is amazing too (although at some of their restaurant we could not find it). You have to take the sweet potato fries instead of the normal fries, they are delicious!
This place used to be really good, but has severely decreased in quality. We paid ~$25 each for burgers with unmelted cheese, dry, hard buns, & cheap box lettuce advertised as "arugula". The service was extremely slow & we waited well over 30 minutes for 2 burgers. There are a lot of better places nearby to get burgers

Les burgers sont excellents. Bravo ! Petit bémol : les frites pourraient être améliorées (un peu trop grillées à mon goût). Mention spéciale pour les desserts, en particulier la tarte aux pommes. Le service est au top : très sympathique, avenant & rapide.
Take out le midi .... ouf ! Smash burger pas smasher, les cuisiniers ont l'air complètement perdus ! 20 minutes & seulement 1 clients ... Clairement manque d'effectif compétent pour le midi
Great burgers & a helpful staff, I've gotten their gluten free food twice without issue. They even have a gluten free fryer & I appreciate it because their tater tots are awesome!
