Too noisy, can't talk with anyone at my own table

Went for some late night food- nice little patio & no wait to sit. Good burgers, not very impressed with service.
The table we sat at was wobbly. We asked for something to fix it but the waitress said to move if we didn't like it. When my boyfriend asked to put something underneath she said that the manager doesn't let them put anything under to make the tables level, so there was nothing she could do. We moved to a different table, & it had a stack of napkins underneath making it level.
She got us water & checked in for drinks & food in good timing. Wait time for food was okay. My burger came with regular fries instead of sweet potato fries like I had ordered. They took the full plate back & left my boyfriend with his food. We waited 8 minutes for my burger to come back with the right side. While we waited we shared his tater tots- they were really good, but small portion & very greasy. Our fingers were glistening, & we weren't brought any napkins until my burger came back. There was no apology for the error & no check in to see how the food was. The waitress even came to clear my boyfriend's plate while he was up to the washroom & picked up the napkins on the table beside me without saying a word. I understand mistakes but it was the lack of care that really upset me, especially when paying $60 for two burgers with nothing to drink besides water.

Poor staff they were short staffed in the kitchen & notified the owner. Wait time was close to 2 hrs after ordering. Hopefully they get some staff

Decent food. Usually good experiences but today the service was extremely slow I had to wait 45+ minutes to get my bill. Their excuse was that they had a lot of clients - it really wasn't that busy. Bear in mind there were at least 4 servers for a smallish restaurant with a medium sized terrace. First time I've ever done a zero tip. The staff was nice but they didn't really know how to hustle on a night where ~80% of the seats were full.

Bien pour petites consommations sur la terrasses, quelques petites ailes de poulet à grignoter… malheureusement ce n'était que du gras.& avons payé le gros prix,

We were 4 adults & 2 toddlers. The staff was extremely accommodating of the little ones & also food intolerances. There's a changing table in the bathroom, high chairs, & coloring sheets with crayons. As a consensus we all preferred the fries to the tater tots, but the main dishes were all delicious! We have been here a few times & always a very pleasant experience. Thank you! Will come again :)

Went to Notre-Boeuf-De-Grâce for a quick bite before the Habs game.

Got seated fast, waitress was great. Thought this was going to be easy.

Then the burger showed up.

For a place that positions itself as a burger spot, this was brutal. Cold bun. Patty somehow half burnt & half frozen. Lettuce ends thrown in like zero care went into it.

I took two bites & gave up.

McDonald's makes the same type of basic burger, they probably use the same supplier to be honest. The difference between them & McDonald's is that Mcdo knows how to execute it. It's consistent. It's hot. It's edible enough whereas Notre-Boeuf-De-Grace is clueless & does not know how to toast bread.

This wasn't.

At these prices, this isn't just a miss, it feels like you're getting played.

Only thing they got right was the iced Diet Coke. Thankfully they didn't find a way to mess that up too.

Would not go back. Not even out of convenience. Surprised this place is still in business. But then they're empty most of the time. Guess that makes sense.
