Ate here once in person & bought their food for takeout several times. The burgers are juicy & the fries are delicious. The in-person service was very friendly, as were the general vibes of the restaurant. If you ask me, Notre-Boeuf-De-Grâce is a burger joint that is an underrated gem. & it sells more than just burgers too. Love this place!

Poor service, staff seemed lost. The burger was mediocre & so was the waitress. When I took my order I asked her if the fries or the tater tots were gluten-free to which she replied no. She suggested that I take the onion rings to which I replied to her'they have gluten because they're made with breadcrumbs' & she was like'oh yeah true'. Lol. I believe the definition of what'gluten' is, is foreign & inexistant in her dictionary. I took the salad & mediocre is an understatement. I asked for dressing & it never came with it. I would ask for a refund if I could. I recommend going elsewhere you can find soo much better.
L'attente était un peu longue pour recevoir les plats mais rien de vraiment dérangeant. En revanche une fois arrivés les plats étaient tièdes tout au plus, les oeufs brouillés très secs comme si réchauffés au micro-ondes, le bacon & salami excessivement salés, les tater tots beaucoup trop cuit & qui s'effritaient & certains pains à bagel trop durs pour être mangés. La terrasse était cependant très sympa.
Our server, Tristan, was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive without being overbearing, made great recommendations, & ensured everything about our dining experience went smoothly. Truly top-notch service that elevated the whole meal
Food was great. It would have been better if it didn't take an hour to come out. The service was good in the beginning, they seemed quite attentive until they brought us our drinks. They didn't come back until our food came out & by that point we were in desperate need of refills. When we asked for them, they were never brought to us so we had to eat without anything to drink. Very, very disappointing service to say the least.

Used to be a very good burger place (2021).
We are quite used to it, we go at least once every quarter or so.
It went down in quality significantly over the years. Service is very very slow, & the food quality is not so good anymore. Burgers (their specialty) are no longer special, my last was actually not even eatable with all the pepper they put on the meat.
Anyway, the place is no longer a must do, go elsewhere at those prices.
The food is where it's at. The burgers especially are their best offering. I tried all kinds & the only one I would have a complaint about was, if I can remember Cerberus, which felt like it was only meat, so no real complaint. Service at times can be quite lacking as either they're understaffed or it's new staff. There was one waitress before who was a star but she doesn't seem to be working there anymore.
Burger was overcooked, the bun was dry & tasteless. Tots arrived barely warm.
Slow service, about an hour between the time we got our seat & our food (place was far from full, about half capacity)
Cocktails were nice though.
Pretty disappointing overall, for 40+$ a burger & a drink, there are many better burger place.
L'endroit est aussi sublime que le personnel y est sympathique. Néanmoins attention tous les plats ne se valent pas & l'addition monte très vite, soyez vigilant

Polite staff, great food! Fast service & very helpful. We was outside & as it started raining, they offered to put up a parasol or if we wanted to move inside.
My mother & I were walking around hungry, & passed by this awesome little spot. There's a lot of room for outdoor seating, but we ate inside for the nice, cool air. Tons of awesome art on the walls & the music they play is great 🙏 Had both my mom & I dancing 🤣
Now the food was awesome. I had some chicken wings & she had a burger & some tater tots. Nothing to complain about, it was delicious & the servers were kind & accommodating. Definitely check this place out if you're at Mont-Royal.
Have had mixed experiences, first two times we came here food was decent & staff was warm (although a bit overwhelmed with an empty restaurant). We will not be returning after our third experience, staff was rude, overcharged us & added alcohol to an ALCOHOL FREE lemonade we ordered until we argued with our waiter who was misleading about prices of the specials as well, charging us an extra 12$ per plate from the prices the waiter confirmed. While these were the proper menu prices after reconsulting the menu, one would hope a waiter would clarify rather then mislead when asking questions about pricing, we paid for our dishes either way which were not worth the a la carte price & will not be returning again.
