Love this location so much!! Employees are super nice, service is great, & food is amazing!! One of my favourite restaurants of all time too! I'm also so glad they added mac n cheese as a side with the burgers. I used to always ask if i can replace the fries with the mac n cheese & they used to say they can't do that, but now they can!! i'm really glad!
The burger of the month was so good, sweet & tasty, I loved it! My daughter tried 5 fromages it was very good. Tater tots are my favorites, but sweet fries were good too. Nice service, I'll come back for sure ❤?

My experience here was not very good. Ordered tater tots instead of fries which is an extra charge over the fries & they gave me a small portion of tater tots (15 pieces) compared to my friends who ordered fries. This isn't that big of an issue so I ask if they could ask more as I'm paying 40$ for a meal… & they come back & tell me'they cannot make more unless I pay more' just an annoyance & wanted to just say porting size is terrible. I'm paying 40$ & I'm getting a hand full of tater tots not much to ask for a bit more 🥲
First time I order I vomitted, now I decided to give another chance. I found a white bug in my fries, the fries were fried in dirty oil n tastes bad. the meat of the holy Swiss burger wasn't cooked good, n was messy in the presentation. Back then it was much better but their level dropped
Unfortunately had a terrible meal & experience here. The Steak Frites were truly disgusting. The steak was sinewy, stringy, tough, & impossible to cut, although it was underdone at the same time. We sent it back, & got one more cooked. It was better, but so over-salted. We could cut through it now, but it was still gamey, sinewy, & stringy. The fries were soggy & limp, & the yellow sauce was gross.
The lychee martini tasted like rubbing alcohol & rose water. I'm sure that's what it was. Awful.
Now onto the seating. We were sat upstairs, elbow to elbow with the table next to us. How uncomfortable!!! I constantly had to get up & move when someone else wanted to use the restroom. Just awful.
The only highlight was our waitress. She is the only reason I will give 2 stars instead of 1. I wish I remembered her name, but I sadly don't. She was lovely & accommodating. But the rest of the experience was abysmal. I have never written a review this bad before, but I have to. Please do better.
The burgers were tasty & creative. Their basil mayo was delicious with fries. Unfortunately, the music was quite inappropriate. However, staff were friendly & our food was fast!!
Best place for burgers I've tried so far in Montreal. The burger was satisfying but not huge & messy, easy to eat & enjoy. Meat was great, bun, & all. Great cream ale on tap & a REAL milkshake (ie hard ice cream, while milk) in a REAL glass shake glass like it's supposed to be. Service was also great & friendly. I will definitely be going back.
My boyfriend & I had Claire as our waitress! By far the best vibes, so friendly, so helpful, she deserves Aug 24th off to see Tate perform! Also the food was delicious, & music was amazing!
The service was super friendly. Drinks were great & food was super fast after ordering. I would recommend this spot for sure for anyone visiting Montreal.

Booked this restaurant having read positive reviews but was very disappointed.
The fries that came with the burger were over cooked & looked like they were the last scrapings from the frier.
Burger was ok but nothing which could be compared with other burgers on our journeys through the US.
Mac n cheese was dry & lacked flavour.
Overall worst food experience in Montreal to date & certainly not worthy of the high ratings afforded to it
The first time I visited Notre-Boeuf-de-Grâce, I wasn't expecting to be blown away-I just wanted a burger. But what I got was quite possibly the best burger & best fries I've ever had in my life (& that's only a'maybe' on the burger because there's one other contender). I was genuinely shell-shocked.
After a cozy writing session at Café Aunja, I was walking back toward the hotel & decided to check this place out. The interior had a great vibe-cool art, writing all over the walls, & a very laid-back but modern energy. My girlfriend, who's Greek & from Toronto, pointed out the Greek phrase above the bar, which listed drinking cheers in different languages-just one of many thoughtful, global touches throughout the place. The staff were incredibly friendly & bilingual, & they made the whole experience even better.
The burger was out of this world-juicy, flavorful, beautifully put together-& those fries? Absolutely unforgettable. A perfect balance between steak fries & shoestring, they were chunky, soft inside, lightly crispy on the outside, & seasoned to perfection.
My second visit came the next night-my girlfriend had to return to Toronto, but I was in town an extra day. I saw they served steak frites, so I went back, sat at the bar beneath the Greek writing in her honor, & treated myself to another incredible plate of fries (& yes, the steak was great too, but let's be honest, I was there for those fries). I even enjoyed a well-made cocktail, soaking in the vibe one last time.
Now that I'm back in Vermont, I can't stop thinking about that burger. & the fries? Still unmatched. Notre-Boeuf-de-Grâce has officially ruined other burgers & fries for me-in the best way possible.

Above & beyond the typical burger joint. The food was so good, & our server was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they included a gluten-free beer on their menu, & the gluten-free bun I requested for my burger tasted so good that I might not have believed it was really gluten-free if they hadn't also assured me when I ordered that they also had a separate fryer for the french fries to avoid gluten contamination!
