Première fois que j'allais manger à ce resto & pas déçu, le hamburger que j'ai pris était tellement gros & bon qu'il restait 2 bouchées & incapable de le finir, j'avais pris en entrée fromage en grain pane miam
this is the 2nd time I go there for lunch. I'm a burger 🍔 fan, so I definitely had to try it out. What a deception. The first time I went, the burger buns were served cold & the beef patty wad overcooked. But, I had to give it a second shot. So I tried the "Il Pizzolitto" a 6oz beef patty, grilled capicollo, mozzarella fior di latte, balsamic tossed arugula, tomato & basil mayo...
This time the buns were warm, the beef patty was cooked to perfection (medium) but it was.... tasteless! No salt? No pepper? No spice? ok... do you ground your own meat? No signature taste? 🤔 & the mozzarella was.... too cold... the cheese should be served at the same temp as the meat, they should be "married" together. If there was basil in the mayo, I must have missed it!
Took the poutine instead of the French fries & that saved the lunch. Really great taste, right temp, perfect quantity of cheese & sauce.
Service was slow despite that the place was 2/3 empty at lunch on a Friday.
For a $20+ burger, it was very underwhelming.
Bonjour, il manquait clairement de personnels sur le plancher. Nous en sommes conscient. Nous sommes des habitués & nous avons toujours été satisfait mais dimanche, la bouffe ne goutait pas la meme chose exemple les asperges étaient bouilli non grillé & sans épices... Aussi nous étions 14 & il y a 20 minutes facile entre la première personne servi & la dernière... bref, un peu déçu. merci

La nourriture était vraiment décadente & délicieuse. Le menu brunch jusqu'à 15h c'est super.
C'est baby friendly, plusieurs chaises haute & boosters disponible.
Nous allons y retourner sans hésiter.
Pour deux personnes, deux hamburgers avec une poignée de frite, une rondelle & deux cocktails,
105$ avec pourboire…. La rondelle trop cuite & huileuse & le reste sans aucune saveur. J’ai vu j’ai essayé & je n’y retournerais plus jamais.

The restaurant is beautiful & has a comfortable vibe. The burgers are absolutely incredible. (Ribs & Mac & Cheese too) Fresh -mark my word!- & cooked to perfection as a burger should be. The sauces are so tasty & different from the usual & the service is always on point. It is a new place where everyone is learning & bringing their own vibe & the manager; oh my! Remmy, is amazing. 🤩 Patient, happy, caring, courteous & he knows his stuff. Bravo for a wonderful & successful opening. Finally a decent place on Saint Charles. I have been going every week (I probably shouldn't) but I love it. Thank you staff for everything! ❤️
Service médiocre. On reçoit notre plat principal alors que notre apéritif ne nous est toujours pas servi. Une sangria que nous espérions rafraichissante après une journée de labeur. La serveuse sans doute inexpérimenté & un manque patent de coordination entre le bar & la cuisine. Pour finir un pseudo gérant qui vient s'enquérir de la situation au sujet de notre décision de ne plus vouloir ladite Sangria... mais qui trop mesquin & n'ayant pas le courage de nous dire qu'il nous facturera cette Sangria de toute façon. La nourriture & acceptable sans plus....& prix élevé pour la qualité & quantité Bref choisissez un autre restaurant ou il y a un patron digne de ce nom qui a a coeur de corriger le tir quand son équipe failli à la tache & qui a pour objectif de donner la meilleure expérience client. Une Resto & une expérience a oublier !
