I typically really love the steak frites at their restaurants, however this one was terrible, the taste was off & not like their signature steak taste which I always love. The steak was so chewy & impossible to cut, the photos show the difficulty to cut, I even bent my steak knife trying to slice the meat, overall a terrible experience & waste of money, I tried my best to eat it but ended up leaving it behind. Please note I always get it rare & it cuts like butter, my opinion is that it did not reach the right internal temperature to serve.
My friends meal was also not as good as other locations.
Chicken wings are crispy & tasty! The inspiration burger was great. The French fries were soggy & taste bad. It is difficult to understand how they mist French fries while cooking great wings. Five guys make great French fries. At our second visit, the wings are still fantastic, the Thou... double everything burger was good as well as the sweet potato French fry. Friendly service.

J'ai pris le fish & chips... Honnêtement on dirait dit du poisson panné acheté au Costco... Les frites étaient molles... Le choix de bières est limité & anémique. Le service est là, mais plutôt limité.... Au moins il y avait le match de hockey du Canada, mais pas sur toutes les télés... Disons que j'ai vu mieux.... Pour des prix largement au delà du niveau de qualité de l'expérience....

Je suis aller pour un verre au bar, 45 minutes pour le recevoir & 15 min d'attente pour payer. C'était horriblement long & aucune courtoisie de la barmaid. Je me suis sentie comme si je ne devais pas être là, dommage.
Aucun acceuille, service un brin long, sans experience & un peut perdu. Menu avec belle suggestion, bonbe portion & belle présentation. Facture un peut salé. Medium dans l'ensemble.
