Nous sommes extrêmement fiers de notre bouffe – c’est pourquoi nous aimons nous en vanter. Nous hachons sur place du bœuf frais de première qualité tous les jours et parfois même, deux fois par jour. Nous utilisons des ingrédients locaux et presque tous les articles de notre menu sont faits maison; depuis nos frites fraîchement coupées, nos sauces et nos boissons gazeuses maison, nos frappés ainsi que notre bière maison et nos cocktails signatures artisanaux. Nous ne croyons pas tellement dans la publicité traditionnelle. Nous croyons que notre bouffeparlera d’elle-même et chaque client satisfait sera notre publicité. Nous mesurons notre succès par la création de clients satisfaits.

I ordered the deep fried pickles. This was 14$… they are black & altogether I think that is one pickle. They should not be very proud of that being served at their establishment for that price. I had to laugh & shake my head
Ordered off uber & you guys should be ashamed of the product you sent out. Ordered 2 double smash burgers & got 2 single with meat that looked like it was scraped from the grease trap. No sauce & ice cold, i dont expect piping hot when i order delivery but i also dont expect it to be ice cold. 10$ for fries & you fill 1/4 of the small bag & also ice cold. The salad that we ordered with extra chicken had a half chewed up piece of chicken in it & avocado so black you could pave the road with it. Really not impressed. Im in the resto business & i can understand a small screw up but this was 80$ thrown in the garbage. Zero quality. & if the excuse is that its busy because of the holiday season then everything should be fresh since youre going through it so fast. To summarize, horrible quality & you should be ashamed to send out food like that.

Great service! Everyone was super friendly & it's s great place to celebrate a birthday! Music is really good & you can hear each other talk! They also put multiple games on the screens so it's great. Really had fun! 16F1
Awesome service & attention to details ! Great hospitality & went out of their way for my daughter & her friend to make their evening fun with special attentions. The meals were all really good & satisfying ! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening ! It is greatly appreciated
Loved the food & drinks. Best spanish coffee & fried oreos I ever had. My goddaughter had the fish & chips & just devoured it! Almost ate the plate too! XD
My boyfriend & I came here for a late lunch, we always love coming here & today was yet again amazing. The waitress Jenny gave exceptional service & was very helpful with changes made! Super friendly & accommodating!

It's tricky to find new places to eat when you are in a different city. Burger restaurants are usually a safe bet. Well, this one is a very safe bet. We ordered 2 different burgers with fries & decided to share. What a great idea. Burgers are easy to cut in half This way, we got to try different ones; like sliders. Burger 1 was the Holy Swiss, & Burger 2 was the Divine Inspiration. One was not better than the other. They were both amazing. The beef patties were perfectly cooked, & the bun held all the toppings together . OMG the fries. What can I say? Home cut. Not frozen. I needed more. Maybe because it was past the lunch hour when we arrived, but it was a bit quiet. It's the type of place, with its fun decor, that needs a fun crowd . You have to try this restaurant chain. With its 13 locations, you are sure to find one near you.
WOW!! What a great place to eat. The food was amazing. We had the Steak n Cheese Wrap & the Biblical Brie burger. Big plate full of food. The service was quick. Our waitress Rosalie was super friendly. She brought out a taster for my wife & I never saw the bottom of my water glass. Always present when needed. I definitely recommend this place!
First off, food was excellent, 5 stars for me. Ground beef was perfectly spiced, perfectly cooked. This was not a huge sloppy burger, perfect for lunch. The fries were a little dark for my liking, but the person I was with thought they were perfect like that. House lager beer was awesome. A little expensive, Burger + fries + one beer + tip = 34$. But I was not disappointed & will go back ! Cheers.
Recently stopped in for dinner & have to say that overall the experience was pretty mediocre. Food was sub-par (burger did not taste of much, fries were cold, onions rings soggy as a sponge). I understand it is a difficult time for restaurants & some cost-cutting measures are being applied across the industry but in this case I feel the quality-to-price was very very off. It's unfortunate because other locations have been good in the past so I'm not sure if this is unique to this particular store or franchise-wide. That being said, the waiter was friendly & overall service was pretty good. However, the food just spoiled the whole experience.

This place has it all excellent food excellent service just amazing very friendly staff.Rosalie was an excellent waitress made us feel so welcomed.the food came out quick & everything was delicious.if your a fan of chicken wings your at the right spot I can’t say enough about how good this place is just wow from poutine to burgers to onion rings everything was cooked perfectly.we even had some awesome drinks they have a very good choice of alcohol enjoy it you can’t go wrong with this place .it’s a little pricey but really worth it .I’ve paid a lot more at other places that wasn’t even close as good as here
Absolutely LOVE this restaurant! The staff is amazing, we always have a great service. Those burgers though!!! Wow! So fresh, so juicy & delicious, always perfectly cooked & on point. I love how you can customize any order your way! & the fries are so so so good! Awesome every single time! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Horrible service food always cold & staff doesn't know how to accommodate their clients , my friends even had a a unpleasant experience waited like 1-1/2 for their food!

The burgers were very good, freshly ground meat, you can chose the size ot patty , 6 oz, 9 oz etc, so your burger is the way you want it. Both were very good.
Yes, the prices are a little high, but the quality is there.
The onion rings were spiced & excellent, the fries had the skin on , but the batch I got were bland.
The service was good, but its a new location & it will take a few more weeks for the staff to be top notch.
We both enjoyed the experience & will be going both.
This is one of the worst restaurants I've been to. First of all prices are too high for the quality & food portions. Please don't order the asparagus fries, as it is misleading, it actually is asparagus with I don't know what spices & undercooked. The hamburgers are very small, hardly any toppings & very boring, the buffalo chicken burger was overcooked, hard & much too spicy/hot, I barely ate some, the fries non eventful & the banana split was very expensive & barely had the usual caramel, chocolate & strawberries.
The staff did not look trained & at ease with clients. After reading this review, if you still want to try it, the only thing that was okay is the hamburger steak! Everything else was a fiasco! Never again!
