Delicious gyros. Loved the taramasalata. The French fries were good. Their salad was also delicious. I especially appreciated the retsina wine. It wasn't on the menu but it was available.

I'm a pure foodie I know good food. I also love Greek food so I've been to many Greek restaurants in this city. Hands down this restaurant is in my top 3 & we eat there at least twice a month. The grilled chicken is by far the best you'll get in Montreal. We always order it with a big Greek salad & a plate of rice. The food is fresh, the chicken is off the chain amazing & the service is very good. Definitely 5 stars.
We have been Nostos clients for many years & there is a few good reasons
Their food is just delicious
The staff is very friendly
The place is kept clean
Even the guy at the cash register is super nice & always smiling to the happy customers
Sometimes we pickup take & sometimes we dine in they are super equipped for both
We dined in this week & ordered the 1/2 chicken meal with fries & salad
The chicken came in a short while & arrived hot along with the fries
The olive oil that they use on their salad is amazing & very tasty & portion size is perfect
The chicken is always very juicy & that extra squeeze of lemon on it adds that zing we like
Their food never disappoints
If you like souvlaki & doner sandwiches you will love theirs
Served on authentic Greek bread not pita
Their tzatziki sauce is amazing just the right amount of garlic
We will be going back again next week for sure
Nostos has great food with a great ownership that tends to people's taste. Ask for the whole chicken cut up & ask for parmesan cheese to coat that delicious chicken. Home made Greek salad with olives & Greek feta as your side. Now you're eating Greek food.
A real mainstay for Greek food in the area. Portions are generous & our waiter John was excellent. Food quality is good & our Gyro salad was delicious. Haven't had a bad thing on their menu. Highly recommended.
On a visité Nostos un jeudi soir & c'était tranquille! On a pu jaser sans dérangement. J'ai adoré le goût du porc & de la salade grecque! J'aurais aimé un petit peu plus de fromage fêta mais c'était quand même suuuuper bon! C'est la gourmandise! Sinon le service était bon & le prix aussi☝🏻! Bravo à toute l'équipe du Nostos!

We love Nostos! The warm welcome & speedy service make every visit a pleasure. The pork pitas are our favorite, the pork is well-cooked & the tzatziki is simply delicious. The fries are perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside & soft on the inside, with a slight sweetness. The small side salad & bread are a lovely addition. If you're looking for a good Greek restaurant in Montreal, don't hesitate to try Nostos, you won't be disappointed!
Hadn't been to Nostos in awhile & we regret it. Hands down best greek food in montreal. The porc gyro is perfectly seasoned. The tzaziki is so tasty. Their pita is not overly thick where you are trying to look for the meat. Well balanced proportionally in other words. The salad is tasty with fresh produce & quality greek olive oil. Oh & those who complain about the fries they are out of their mind. Also they make the best grilled chicken.
they got the freshest salad in all Montreal. Ofc i didn't take a pic. because its just house salad but man, All ingredients are crunchy the tomatoes 🍅, green peppers 🫑 ,Onions🧅 & the delicious olive oil & aromatic seasoning all DELICIOUS . order the big size. lamb chops were nice too . They only got porc or chicken gyros or sandwiches no beef tho.
Très bon restaurant Grec. La bouffe est toujours fraiche. Les portions dont généreuse mais pas la salade. J'aurai préféré plus de salade que du riz. On a commandé 3 assiettes de giro avec poulet & viande. Tout érait délicieux. Restaurant propre avec un parking surtout à cause de son emplacement où il y a de la difficulté à se garer. Le personnel est accueillant. Prix très adorable à comparer avec d'autre restaurant grec du même genre. Je le recommande fortement
My favorite spot for Greek gyro. Great portion at affordable prices. You also get a mini Greek salad with the main dish. Refreshing & tasty. Service has always been great here.
2023 May : Menu / price on website is low, when print bill, price is higher. Menu says PLATE has salad + rice, final delivery did not have salad + rice. Meat in pita is like charcoal, bits of broken pieces, dry, burnt. It is like from raking what was left on the tray, under the gyro cylinder. (take-out) It WAS good before the Covid years....
We were a party of 10+ & had reserved prior to coming. We got our table as expected which was good. I ordered a pork souvlaki & it comes with a small Greek salad. Unfortunately they no longer put tzatziki with the souvlaki (you have to ask for it) & the quality of the meat is not the same as it used to be. On the positive side the service was good.
Nostos used to be a great place but it seems it is in decline. I hope they will go back to what they used to be in terms of food.

Solid Greek 'eats'. It all tastes fresh. I can tell that they take great care in preparing the meats. I enjoy the lamb, chicken, various appetizers, & salads. I am not particularly fond of either the 'manager' or owner's daughter. She was a young lady (glasses) working the cash that day. She seems very moody, annoyed, & not particularly pleasant. She spends a lot of time talking loudly on the phone with complete disregard for the customers within the vicinity. Not very classy. Thankfully on that day we were served by a nice young gentleman. The 3 star rating for service reflects her impact on that day's service & not the actual service itself.
My apologies for ruining your dining experience. I must've been having a bad day. No excuses! Hope you still trust us to give you good food though. Come see us again I'm not always so moody.
Le pita souvlaki était délicieux, avec son tzatziki alléchant & sa bonne salade de feta & d'olives. Le calmar aussi était bon mais je vous déconseille les frites qui sont trop molles & sans saveur.
Néanmoins, le service est agréable, le décor joli & l'ambiance souriante :) & ce n'est pas trop cher!
