My partner & I are visiting Montreal for the week & decided to give this spot a try late night.
What a great spot! For a smaller bar, they had a great variety of arcade games & even an old school Photo Booth. Bruno was welcoming & gave us great recommendations of which craft beers to try. He even wrote down a few more places to check out because we are craft beer lovers & work in the industry. A fun spot to check out!

I've been going to this bar for the past year & I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet. The pinball games rotate on a regular basis & if you go during Freeplay events (usually every Sunday & Monday) you get the *best* bang for your buck for vintage pinball gaming in montreal. If you're looking for a retro pinball arcade vibe, Northstar will not steer you wrong. They have a wide selection of games, ranging from vintage to modern eras, with stern pinball machines if that's of any interest for you pinheads :) The first Wednesday of every month is tournament day with beginners being more than welcome! They also have a nice photo booth. The owners are by far one of the friendliest, most accommodating people I have ever met. They truly have gone above & beyond to create a welcoming & accepting atmosphere with a close knit community that's a rare gem to find in Montreal nowadays. The bartenders are all very knowledgeable & will also create the most amazing cocktails & mixed drinks. I would name names but truthfully every single person that works here deserves an individual shoutout & I hope if you go here you find as much enjoyment as I have. I love this bar. Support a local business & the local pinball scene of Montreal & hopefully Ill see you around on a Freeplay day!
One of my all-time favourite spots in Montreal. The cozy vibe makes it easy to just relax & enjoy the games; the last time I was there the cute girl behind the bar made me a delicious cocktail. Go with friends & have some beers, or go by yourself, play a few rounds of pinball on an immaculately maintained machine, & then slip away into the night feeling like you know one of the city's coolest secrets.

Un bar bien sympa avec une dizaine de flippers en très bon état. La bière est aussi bonne. 11$ pour jouer toute la soirée en illimité sur rous les flippers.
Ma femme & moi, on aime bien le pinball, même si c'est plus trop à la mode comme avant. J'ai trouvé pas mal de places avec des machines, que ce soit en Colombie-Britannique, en Ontario ou même à l'étranger, & celle-là, c'est clairement la mieux entretenue que j'ai vue. Les machines sont propres, bien entretenues, & même la White Water de 1993 était en super état. Le proprio fait pas juste ça pour le style, on voit qu'il tient vraiment à ses machines. Si vous aimez le pinball ou vous voulez juste passer un bon moment, c'est une super place. Les drinks sont pas chers & l'ambiance est relax.
My wife & I enjoy pinball, but we all know it's not as common as it used to be. I've found lots of pinball arcades, or places with a machine or two, in the areas I've lived, such as BC, Ontario, & overseas. This is by far the best-maintained place I've visited. The machines are all clean & kept in great condition. Even the White Water pinball machine from 1993 was in immaculate shape. The owner of this bar isn't just running a gimmick, they actually care about their equipment. If you're into pinball or just want to have some fun, this is a great spot. Drinks were reasonably priced, & the atmosphere was chill too.
This place is DOPE! The machines are insane & in great condition-- Metallica, Dolly Parton, Stranger Things, Godzilla. They have a pong table & boomerang air hockey table, too. One of the owners, Bruno, was working behind the bar when I was there. He's an excellent bartender, so don't think you only need to order well drinks & beer (which is what I'm accustomed to at an arcade bar).
Had a amazing time! We came late at night on a whim & fell in love with the place. The whole place is super fun with amazing machines. Games are 1 token & a token is a dollar. You can exchange them at a machine but only gives you an amount option for cash. Otherwise its $10. Not bad honestly if you are good at pinball. Staff was also amazing. They enjoyed having some younger patrons at the bar & were super nice & friendly guys. Me & the bartender had a really long talk about them spinning vinyl on their speakers. (Seriously that collection was incredible.) Other patrons were also super nice people. We def will be coming back in the future!
J'y suis allée pour mon anniversaire, merveilleuse soirée! J'ai eu la chance du débutant de battre un record & de récupérer une peluche! Le photomaton est super aussi pour immortaliser un super moment entre amis! Équipe du bar adorable. Je recommande tester le pickle (surprise)!
It's the ultimate destination for pinball & drinks. Bruno, the bartender, is welcoming & great company. They offer a superb selection of machines & reasonably priced drinks. I'd definitely return whenever I'm in town. 10/10 recommend!
