Great gem of restaurant in the Plateau. Cozy & very chill atmosphere. Great cocktails, & while the menu is not huge, they obviously know how to create Nikkei (Japanese / Peruvian fusion) dishes full of flavour, freshness & colour. Our host, Facundo, & his crew made some wonderful meal suggestions, & the service was friendly & great. Looking forward to my next visit!

On est venus un lundi soir pour l'anniversaire de mon frère & on a été super bien servis! Le menu dégustation avec les accords était super, les cocktails sont variés & nos serveurs de la soirée Daniel & Chami étaient parfaits! On reviendra assurément !
Absolutely loved Nikkei! The Peruvian & Japanese fusion is done so well, everything tasted incredibly fresh & full of flavor. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality.
The cocktail menu is fantastic, with creative & perfectly balanced drinks. Service was amazing, attentive, friendly, & made the whole experience even better.
The intimate vibes, beautiful decor, & open kitchen really elevate the atmosphere. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!
Le service était chaleureux, le resto pas trop bruyant, les plats bons & les cocktails aussi! J'ai adoré mon expérience & j'ai mangé plus qu'à ma faim! Je recommande!!

excellente nourriture, très bons & beaux cocktails, belle terrasse, très bon service & ambiance très agréable. Super service & entertainement par Chami & Louis: Le secret derrière le bar & la super ambiance!!
Deuxième expérience chez Nikkei & cette fois-ci un peu déçus par le service. Nous nous sommes laissés guider par la serveuse qui nous a recommandé son menu carte blanche, nous avions demandé à avoir un plat de riz (le chirashi) sur les 5 proposés, elle ne l'a pas mis dans le menu & nous avions encore faim après, à 200 $ l'addition pour 2 personnes, c'est décevant. Le cocktail que j'ai commandé n'est jamais arrivé non plus alors que le restaurant était calme. La cuisine est cependant très bonne, mais notre expérience a été gâchée par le service. C'est dommage
Quelle belle soirée à passer au comptoir-cuisine! Vraiment une place de choix pour jaser avec les chefs & connaître toutes les sources d'inspiration des plats.
Chefs super accueillants; leur anguille est particulièrement savoureuse (ainsi que pas mal tous les autres plats & cocktails!)

Absolutely loved the cocktails they developed in honour of la semaine de la martinique gourmande. The decor & ambiance are pretty nice, but it is very cold inside. We had a scallops Japanese curry, which was delicious, but very small portion prices are relatively high for how much food you get. The other dishes were not very memorable. would maybe still try again, depending on the menu they have / change out
Update 1 an plus tard : toujours pareil pour certains plats qui sont fade & une baisse au niveau de la finesse des goût dans les cocktails mais surtout un musicien qui joue beaucoup trop fort, on va dehors pour éviter ça & il a été mis dehors 5mn après toute la soirée... Impossible de se parler ou de comprendre les serveurs... Très mauvaise deuxième expérience

Les plats sont un peu trop cher par rapport au goût &/ou quantité
We spent the night at the bar & we had an awesome experience. Chami & Jeremy,the mixologist were there & they made us the best cocktails you can ever imagine in town
