Chami est le meilleur barman que j'ai jamais rencontré de toute ma vie, ses blagues & son humour ont été un phare dans ma nuit. On dit qu'au Jean Coutu on trouve de tout, même un ami, chez Nikkei on trouve de tout, même un Chami.
Tu sais quand tu essaie un resto pour la première fois & que tu en sors en te disant « Wow ça c'était vraiment une belle une expérience, c'est certain qu'on va revenir. »
Dès l'accueil on sentait que ce serait chaleureux.
Une idée originale cet hybride Tapas Japono-Péruviens. Une fête de saveurs pour les papilles.
& puis notre serveuse Ambre charmante & efficace. Même le barman Chami est venu à notre table pour me faire assayer un petit moccktail au concombres. Bravo !

We spent the night at the bar & we had an awesome experience. Chami & Jeremy,the mixologist were there & they made us the best cocktails you can ever imagine in town

Super moment! La nourriture est délicieuse, j'ai particulièrement apprécié les udon carbonara & leur foccacia. Le restaurant a une belle vibe. Le service est vraiment agréable, le barman Shami était super cool & nous a fait de belle recommandations.
Had a great dinner on a pretty busy Tuesday night. Chami, our bartender was great & really fun to chat with. The food was well presented, with good ingredients & flavors. As reviews indicated the place is not cheap, but portions are honestly generous so don't over order like we did :)
Aji-amarillo leche des tigres on their dish just made your taste buds pop. What a beautiful plating & fusion of Peruvian & Japanese cuisine. All small dishes, nice & relaxed with an open kitchen where you can sit & watch all their wonderful work.
Each mouthful is better than the last with flavours,, textures, colours all come together to say wow!
Youthful or old you will find the best ceviche & great service.
I dont drink but they have a big beautiful bar where you see great drinks coming out with decorations you see in a tropical paradise.
In a day where all restaurants are expensive & all do the same thing & leave you feeling dissatisfied, this place is such a wonderful point of contrast & excellence. You have to try it & you will enjoy it.
I would be happy to pay twice the price for the quality of food, service & enjoyment that I got that evening!
