What an experience. Sitting down at Nikkei Montréal & letting Chef Daniel take the lead is truly a journey. Each bite somehow tops the previous one-layered, unexpected, & full of bold yet balanced flavors. The Peruvian-Japanese fusion is executed with so much intention & creativity that you can feel the story behind every dish. This isn't just a meal, it's a culinary trip you'll be thinking about long after the last bite. Absolutely worth the experience.

La nourriture était vraiment excellente ! Je trouve cependant que la quantité était petite pour le prix. Un autre petit bémol également est que nous avions pris le menu dégustation, mais on ne se faisait pas expliquer les plats que nous recevions. On savait donc pas trop ce qu'on mangeait. Une expérience globalement mitigé avec de la nourriture de qualité.

What a wonderful experience! Super flavorful dishes & incredibly attentive & friendly service! Especially Victor behind the sushi counter, who went above & beyond 🥹✨ I'd highly recommend the maracuya pisco which was super tasty & the cocoviche was unique & fantastic!!

J'ai adoré ce restaurant !!!
Pour les amateurs de poisson, je vous conseille vivement de goûter à leurs merveilleux plats de poisson aux assaisonnements frais & au goût exquis. Goûtez les ceviche, vous ne le regretterez pas !
J'ai également goûté à deux plats de viande qui étaient excellents.
Faites juste attention car c'est un restaurant à tapas. Ce qu'on a fait c'est qu'à deux on a partagé 5 tapas. C'est largement suffisant.
En tout cas c'était un excellent restaurant, les mélanges de goûts étaient divins, je n'ai pas été déçue.

J'ai adoré les deux fois que j'y suis allée ! C'est délicieux & parfumé. Le service est rapide & courtois. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation & quelques extras. Tout est vraiment bon 😍
