I loved the place, the aesthetics it's perfect for a girls night out. I took the chirashi acevichado with the mango split drink. The meal was full of flavours with just the right amount of spicy & the bartender was so skilled with the drinks. I was very impressed, over all it was a nice experience & I am definitely coming back.
The food was excellent & had great tastes. The only comment I have is that many dishes tasted the same. There were too many dishes that had raw salmon & tuna that all tasted about the same. Would just get one of those unless you like eating the same thing in a different variation. There needs to be more variety. The callous were excellent as were the little slider hamburgers . The Chirashi, Tron Shi-To de atum, ceviche & Tiradito basically were all the same dish with some minor differences.

De l'amateurisme tape à l'oeil. Une carte des vins ordinaire dont on n'a plus les items, une cuisine où la combinaison saumon-thon-morue tient lieu de base pour la majorité des plats sans que la fraîcheur qu'on attendrait d'une carte si limitée ne soit au rendez-vous, un serveur qui prétend que le Willm Riesling est un vin d'importation privée pour refuser sa vente au verre ( $18,35 à la SAQ, vendu $52 avant taxes ) mais pourquoi mentir sur sa provenance & en quoi, s'il était d'importation privée, cela empêcherait sa vente au verre sinon par incompétence ? Erratique jusqu'au paiement final, où le terminal affichait $20,05 plutôt que les $200,05 dûs, une erreur honnêtement signalée dans recevoir de remerciement. Il y a beaucoup de meilleures alternatives pour les gastronomes.

The food & service were top notch. I love their creativity on the idea of tapas & Japanese food. We also had a few cocktails but they were not so impressive. But the really negative feeling I got was that management didn't allow us to eat the tiny pastries we brought along with us. We had five kids with us. & The resto had only had one dessert dish that was on menu. But that's okay. We just went next door to have coffee & our pastries. Big shout out to the people at Byblos.

Had a great diner with my friends. My waiter was Jonathan & I definitely have to say I got a very good service from him. The food is very good too. Gotta say it's pretty original. Would definitely anybody to go try it! I tried pretty much 60% of what was on the menu since it was Tapas.

The blend of Peruvian & Japanese cuisine is flawless. Every dish offers a peek into Peruvian culture & history delivered by passionate staff members. The drink menu marches in step with outstanding service & exotic mix of flavors with detail-oriented flavour pairings & clever plays on words.
It's a shame we can only give it five stars.
Les plats ne sont pas assez généreux. Le meilleur des mets réside dans les sauces, mais on ne nous offre aucun accompagnement pour éponger les sauces. Tous les plats sont en fin de compte des entrées. C'est une cuisine parfumée, mais nous sommes restés sur notre faim. Le service est par contre excellent.
Amazing, delicious & fun! We had the chirashi bowl, octopus & ribs & loved it all. The margarita was perfect too. We had the honor of being served by chef Daniel himself & watch the cooks. Couldn't have asked for more.
Good cocktails, we tried 4 they all tasted similar. Interesting food but too salt. Service was below average.
We had high hopes for this cute & promising restaurant. Living across the street we were hoping to become regulars. The restaurant is brand new, so we root they will get better with time, but if was a bit disappointing.
The drinks were great & the service was friendly. The food was good, but overpriced considering the portion sizes & overall value.
The kitchen has refused to accommodate an egg allergy, by denying to make a slight modification to a dish (not putting mayo on a burger is a trivial request & was shut down); additionally they delivered a tartare with mayo after confirming that plate was safe for me to eat. They never offered to refire & the server (who was lovely & possibly the best part of the experience) explained the mistake was the chef's & not the front house.
We were a party of 5 & asked the bill to be evenly distributed in a group of 3 & 2 people. After 2 attempts we received 5 separate bills & had to pay 5 individual times instead of two.
I hope the review can help them improve those kinks & became super great, we would love them to step up & come back often ;)
Food was delicious, & service prompt, impeccable, & friendly. Decor/ design very pleasant. Great outdoor space & washroom facilities.
Since we shared tapa dishes that were each served in different sauces, it soon became a messy mix of all these sauces on our own little plate - we would have preferred having a little plate for each separate dish...
Loud music & voices of many people (it's quite a big place) combined made the noise level too high to have a pleasant & relaxed conversation
