Très mauvaise expérience. J'étais une femme seule & je devais repartir en Uber. Ma cousine était venue pour me raccompagner, mais toute l'équipe lui a donné de mauvaises indications & l'a complètement induite en erreur. Une fois dehors, on nous a finalement refusé l'accès alors que mon chauffeur Uber était déjà sur place & m'attendait.

Je trouve ça complètement inacceptable, surtout lorsqu'on sait que j'étais seule & que je devais simplement pouvoir rejoindre mon transport en toute sécurité. Je suis extrêmement déçue du service & de la façon dont la situation a été gérée.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit, particulièrement aux femmes qui pourraient se retrouver seules dans une situation similaire.

One of the best live music venues I've seen in Montreal. Multiple levels, multiple halls & bars. A gorgeous outdoor patio. Great sound system. Great service.

Been living in Montreal for some years & procrastinated on this top tier venue. I had no idea this club had the history that it did, but you really see it in the layout. It's a long way from the compact, hyper-packed nightclubs we've gotten used to. New City Gas is a preserved nightclub from the 2000's with it's multiple rooms for you to prance through. It's not the type of place where you have no choice but to hit the curb if you're overstimulated, there are some chill areas. The bathroom is pretty neat, particularly the giant sink- that was a highlight for me architecturally. It's just a fantastically designed space overall. On top of that, they have not fallen behind the times as they continue to book big acts that keep people coming.

Wow, quelle claque visuelle ! L'immense bâtiment historique en briques était baigné d'une lumière rouge si intense qu'il semblait brûler dans la nuit noire.
C'est le contraste parfait avec l'enseigne au néon'New CITY GAS' ressort avec une clarté incroyable.
?La clôture ondulée au premier plan, elle aussi rouge vif, guide le regard vers le bâtiment & crée une perspective vraiment unique.
On se sent comme dans un décor de film dystopique ou un club ultra-privé.
?Si vous êtes amateur d'architecture industrielle & de lumières dramatiques, c'est un arrêt incontournable à Montréal.
Absolument époustouflant, un véritable bijou urbain.

I was visiting Montreal & just happened to notice Deamau5 was playing an afterparty show at this venue following a music festival which coincided with my travels. The VIP tickets were very reasonably priced & the experience was phenomenal (what better way to ring in one's birthday?!). The club was larger than life & the VIP passes meant skipping the line/ZERO waiting time, even when arriving at 12:30 AM. Deadmau5 hit the stage from 1-3 AM, so this was perfect! The staff were all super friendly, from the various levels of security when entering the club, to the bouncer protecting the VIP section inside. I have seen Deadmau5 front row GA in Toronto before, but I really loved this elevated experience from the VIP. Thank you!

They canceled the headliner & never gave me a refund. They ignored my repeated emails & kept passing me off to other people. This place is a scam.
