The place is cozy, the restaurant is located in the lakeshore. It's a family place & also ideal for a date. I recommend!
Amazing place, but yesterday we ordered pizza to go after our dinner. We didn't open the box beforehand because there was no reason. When we got home, we saw this. It looks like someone left over someone's food in there :( All the pieces are different, I don't know how this happened.
We went to Natalino on Sunday. We had to wait 25 minutes for a drink & 1 hour for 2 pizzas. It is too much !
First time having supper there & it was amazing. Service was excellent Conor & staff were second to none, knowledge staff great choices & very very attentive. Food was great. Everything we had rocked & are definitely going back again soon.
With great food, plenty of options,, dinner (or lunch) at Natalino's, is'on point'. We've been making this a'go to' for birthdays or anniversary, for friends from out of town, a place for a casual meal for years. Natalino's is a staple for us. Staff is very chill, no one's in a rush. The ambience is calm & relaxed, It's chill, easy to chat one on one, or in a larger group.., so have another cocktail, have dessert, & enjoy a satisfying dining experience.
BEWARE OF TIP FRAUD!!!! In spite of a law passing in May 2025, this restaurant still calculates suggested tips based on the subtotal PLUS the tax. This new law mandates that tip is supposed to be calculated on the subtotal amount BEFORE taxes... not after. Furthermore, only the percentage option for tip was on the credit card machine. There was no way to use a dollar value for assigning a tip. Obviously, this is an intentional way to dissuade clients from trying to input the proper amount.
When I mentioned this illegal practice to the waiter, he said he wasn't aware & that he had nothing to do with it. Based on his reaction when I said it, he knew all too well & had obviously heard about this from other clients. The passing of this new law was well publish so claiming ignorance is an outright lie.
I reported this restaurant to the Consumer Protection Office of Quebec.
