Main dishes here are authentic & tasty. Special Thanks to Anjali who served us. She has been really kind & attentive throughout.
Namaste Inde is a great place if you enjoy authentic Indian food. From the moment you arrive, the staff is welcoming & makes you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is calm & pleasant, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food is full of flavor, well-spiced, & tastes fresh & homemade. You can really feel the traditional Indian touch in each dish. The service is friendly & attentive, & the staff is always ready to suggest dishes if you're unsure. Whether you come with family, friends, or on your own, it's an enjoyable & satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Cute, cozy little place conveniently located just across the street from the metro. Our meal was delicious & the service was very attentive. We had the combo for two, which was an excellent value with lots of different dishes - it was lovely to enjoy a little bit of everything, with soup, appetizers, main dishes, sides & dessert. We also really appreciated that you can bring your own wine to enjoy with your dinner. We will be returning for sure!
Small, well kept, cozy place serving delicious Indian food. Various meats, & vegetarian options are served with rice & pickled sides. Plates can be accommodated to a certain extent. They also offer spicy dishes. I love their tandoori chicken cubes, as well, as their whole leg piece. Their garlic naan is generous in its toping & plates are generous. Overall, in my opinion, Namaste Inde will not disappoint & will not empty your wallet. So, if you feel for Indian food in Verdun, try Namaste Indie. If dinning in you can also spirits.
Cozy atmosphere, good food & reasonable prices. Definitely like that it's bring your own wine. Will definitely be back again to try more dishes!
I had a terrible experience te namaste & would not recommend this place to anyone. The food was served cold, & the overall service was a complete disaster. We ordered a few dishes, & when they finally arrived, everything was cold & unappetizing. It was clear that the kitchen staff either didn't care or didn't know how to prepare & serve food properly.
Nice indian restaurant. The dishes were tasty & they asked us while ordering what level of spicy we wanted. The prices are good. Not too crowded, easy to find a spot at lunch. Will come back!
Some.of the food (the cauliflower appetizer? The paneer tikka) is 10/10. These were so flavourful & rich that I was excited to try the daal makhni. Unfortunately, the daal was watery & somewhat bland. The saag paneer that my daughter had was good. I would definitely go back to try other dishes & find more dishes like the first two. The service is friendly. They were busy, so they missed a couple of tiny things (like making sure we had enough cups at the table), but they were quick to correct. With taxes & 18% tip we paid $132 for 4 people. I do recommend this place
we stopped at the restaurant on our way home to toronto & had a great dining experience! everything was delicious, I didn't even have time to take pictures of the dishes! the garlic naan is delicious & made from scratch. Murg Malai Chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy in the middle. the service is fast & the waiters are friendly.
I tried 4 different dishes & all was tasty but in general, I enjoyed more from Kaharra. I really recommend this restaurant
Had an amazing time at Namaste Inde! Highly recommend their flavorful dishes & cozy atmosphere. The service was prompt & friendly, & we loved the view from our table.
During my visit, I had the pleasure of sampling several dishes, each more delicious than the last. The flavors were bold & authentic, with the perfect balance of spices & seasonings that showcased the skill & expertise of the chefs.
The menu at Namaste Inde Restaurant is a true reflection of India's rich culinary heritage, offering a wide selection of dishes from various regions of the country. From classic favorites like butter chicken & lamb biryani to regional specialties such as dosas & chaats, there's something to tantalize every palate.
Out party of four enjoyed one each of the vegetarian & non-vegetarian combos for two. Everything was very tasty & suitably aromatic; the food could have been spicier, but that (sadly) has become the norm for Montreal. Nice variety of dishes & fresh-tasting ingredients.
The service was super friendly if a little spotty -- we ate outside & their focus until now has been on take-out. Have to give them an A for effort.
All in all a delicious dinner & good value. Highly recommended if you are in Verdun.
