N sur Mackay est un bar chaleureux au décor mêlant modernité et touches classiques, où l’on peut déguster des cocktails innovants et une sélection impressionnante de whiskies, parfois complétée par des dégustations de scotch et des offres hebdomadaires comme la "noire et epice". L’ambiance est cosy et rétro, idéale pour des sorties entre amis ou un rendez-vous, et sa localisation près de la station Guy-Concordia facilite l’accès. Les soirées comedy du mardi, organisées dans l’arrière-salle, apportent une énergie conviviale et font de l’endroit une adresse recommandée pour les amateurs de spectacles et de bonnes boissons. Le service est généralement chaleureux et personnalisé, même si quelques expériences en période d’affluence montrent des lenteurs, et certaines notes de service positives coexistent avec des remarques sur des améliorations possibles; malgré tout, la qualité des cocktails et l’accueil restent les points forts, et nombreux considèrent ce lieu comme l’un des meilleurs bars de Montréal pour l’offre, l’ambiance et l’expérience globale.
Honestly disappointed... Cocktail were put meh she service was awful, even if we were the when it was practically empty. Place has a cool vibe & great menu, just don't expect anything close to good service
Phenomenal cocktails! I always take the weekly or monthly special & I'm always impressed. I highly recommend attending the weekly event' Comedy on mackay' in the room in the back organized by Tina, she's a good host & the show are always funny 😁
This is one of my favourite places to go when I want to wind down from my work & also see a comedy show! It's really close, near the Guy-Concordia station in a cozy spot on Rue Mackay. All of the bartenders are great & they all know you by name, which makes it really personal They also have a really great comedy night on Tuesdays that features a variety of local Montreal comedians & occasional famous person.
What I love is that they take risks with experimenting with different types of cocktails each week, often offering them as specials. They have this new cocktail called'noire & epice' which is a type of pumpkin spice espresso martini that I HIGHLY recommend.
Great vibe, good cocktails but the highlight was the service! T was our GAL. Made us feel so special & loved not to mention everything came out so speedy! Would totally recommend to anyone in the Montreal area

Atmosphere is nice & cozy & the first time I went, I had good service.
Unfortunately, the second time back with my gf wasnt the best. We didnt think it was big deal when a first server sat us in a reserved section, so another server had to ask us to move. Mistakes happen, its whatever.
But then that same first server, while taking our order, was lazy enough to tell us if we wanted to order food we had to go check ourselves what was available & then come show him. The bar was about 1/3 full & there were like 4 servers that night so its not like he didnt have time. We understood the menu might not be up to date with inventory but if you cant be arsed to check & tell us whats available, what are you doing as a server. Or you could at least offer to come with us & take our order on the spot… he probably saw we were not happy because a second server took care of us for the remaining 15 min we stayed lol
Will not be going back after this experience which is a shame because the vibe & cocktails were on-point otherwise.
In 2020, I was wondering around Montreal & stumbled into this small bar. Little did I know the would become the bar I would frequent on all my trips to Montreal. The atmosphere is laid back. The cocktails are tasty. The service is stellar. A special thanks to Sabrina who even went above & beyond in December when us out of towners needed it. Thank you N sur MacKay We will be back.

Really quaint & nice cocktail bar with creative & diverse drink options. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere with it being tucked away on the lower level. Wish we had more time to stay & try some other drinks. As a plus, good snacks on offer if you're feeling peckish.
