I would just like to say I don't normally leave negative reviews & I'm not blaming the staff that served us, however, my experience here was not great & I find the reviews & social media quite misleading. I came here for a birthday a few weeks ago & to sum it up, the restaurant was filled with large tables of big groups, but there was only one waiter, one chef, & two bus boys the whole night, service was slow, food was just okay & dessert was just a bowl of loose fruit. The billing system was messy.. some people got their bills at the table, & others had to chase the waiter down & pay at the door before leaving. Our reservation was at 6:30 & we only got to leave 6 hours later since the service was so slow. The ambiance wasn't as expected.. the lights were bright, the dance floor was empty & the music wasn't great. Overall I don't blame the staff as they worked very hard the whole night but our experience wasn't good & I think whoever reads the comments should be aware of this before coming here.

I visited your restaurant yesterday with a large group. I was assured that my pasta dish could be prepared, but unfortunately it never arrived while everyone else was served. This caused an uncomfortable situation, & I had to leave without eating.
I hope this feedback helps prevent similar situations in the future
Wow. This place is a hidden gem. The food is phenomenal. Melt in your mouth calamari & grilled octopus. Everything was delicious.
Will definitely be going back. Probably one of the best restaurants I've been to in a very long time.
Planning a dinner for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Settled on Mystiko & sure glad we did. The food was amazing! Best calamari & grilled octopus we've had since I can't even remember. Meat platters were cooked to perfection & succulent. Portions were more than adequate & service was great also. I'm normally disappointed at most restaurants nowadays so it was refreshing to be able to finally enjoy a great meal with family. Definitely going again, perhaps at their new location

Très déçu. Très cher pour une qualité plutôt standard. On es venu un gros groupe pour l'anniversaire, 60$ par personne pour le menu de groupe. Pas assez de nourriture dans les plats, 2 plats de salade pour toute la table …. (C'est quand même pas ça qui coûte cher à préparer …)

Pas de chaise pour les bébés. En arrivant (réservation pour 18h) ils n'avaient pas fini de nettoyer le bar & la salle. Musique forte alors que personne ne dansait.

Mystico is a gem! The food was delicious from the calamari & Greek salad to the grilled lamb, loulanikos meat platter. What makes it special is the live music that sets the perfect mood. Great energy, warm service, & atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

We had an absolutely wonderful evening-everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, exquisitely prepared, & bursting with flavor in every bite. The service was impeccable, with staff who were attentive, friendly, & made sure our large group of 11 felt completely taken care of. The ambiance was warm & inviting, with a lively yet elegant vibe. The DJ kept the energy high, playing all the latest hits that had us eating, drinking, & dancing the night away. A truly memorable experience that we'll be talking about for a long time!
