Pho here was great. Deep & flavourful broth that didn't leave one thirsty afterwards. The broth is much better than the more popular Pho Bac's, which taste watered down in comparison.
We also tried their speciality egg pancake. It's some thing that I've never had before & definetly something worth trying. The taste & textures somehow comes alive once you wrap it in crisp lettuce.
Meats & rice dish is about what you'd expect.
An excellent spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine with incredibly fast & friendly service. I ordered the spicy soup, which arrived steaming hot & packed with flavor; -it came with beef steaks, pork, & pork knuckle. Great broth, perfect for cold weather.
Broth was very flavourful, well balanced & service was quick.
One of my favourite Pho places I go to whenever I am in Montreal! I was introduced to come here more than a year ago, & this is where I go for Pho if I have any cravings. I've introduced so many people to this location & they love it. The service is very prompt, very nice people, cash or debit only but have atm right by the entrance if needed. It starts getting busy around lunch time. The broth is so rich, noodles are perfectly chewy, & a lot of portions for Large or XL (only a dollar difference). It warms me up perfectly during a cold winter day. I wish they had a similar location in Ontario too. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get good Pho!
Bun Oc (Vietnamese Escargot Noodle Soup) originated in Hanoi, Vietnam. It is a vermicelli rice noodle soup with a tomato-based broth made from slowly simmering chicken & pork bones. It is topped with the infamous escargot
My go-to Vietnamese place in Montreal! The restaurant is conveniently located in Chinatown, family-run, & serves some very delicious pho. Broth is not too salty (which can be a common problem for pho) & they give really generous portions! You will not be disappointed :)
Food was really good & the pho broth was delicious. You can tell it been cooking for hours in beef bones
Service is same as every pho restaurant in chinatown
Atmosphere needs a face-lift
