MVP Restaurant & Bar Sportif se présente comme un endroit convivial axé sur le sport, avec de nombreuses télévisions et une ambiance accueillante pour regarder les matchs entre amis. Le menu propose des classiques de pub, du hamburger et de la poutine à la soupe à l'oignon, calamars, spaghetti gratiné, ribs et fajitas, avec des plats qui plaisent à tout le monde et des prix souvent raisonnables. Le personnel est largement salué pour son service chaleureux et attentif et pour faire sentir les clients les bienvenus, même lors de grands groupes. Bien que l'ambiance et la couverture des matchs soient largement appréciées, quelques avis mentionnent des frais d'entrée pour certains événements et des incohérences occasionnelles dans la nourriture ou les heures d'ouverture.
This was the perfect spot to have quick & easy meal. Our waitress was super friendly & gave us recommendations for clubs. Nachos were generous & delicious. Beer was also reasonably priced. Atmosphere was great, I just would have preferred the music a little lower so I could have conversations easier.
Thanks MVP & Laurine for an amazing evening. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff is super friendly & welcoming - greeted me with an all face smile. The foot is generous & tasty. I can't wait to come back. Go MVP!!

I am leaving 3 stars because I booked 2 weeks in advance for a Birthday dinner at 8:00 pm & my reservation was changed to 6:00 pm without any call or explanation. I contacted the bar & was told the boss had made the decision to change our reservation 2 hours earlier because he was expecting to have alot of clients & did not want to have a booked table at 8:00 pm.
We went to watch a Premier League game on a Monday. They were setting up decorations for St-Patrick's, but our server, Laurine, was so welcoming & gave us a sweet setup. Service was excellent & management was chill. We had wings, garlic bread, & the chicken quesadilla. Everything was really tasty & the portions were generous so that we took home leftovers. Overall, a really laidback, fun spot. ☺️
Had a great time watching a Premier League game here. The beer selection was top-notch, & the burger was good. The pasta could use a bit of improvement for flavour. Amazing customer service, Impressed by the prompt service; the waitresses quickly fixed a frozen TV.
Great place to go eat, highly recommend this restaurant. Service, food, just all around great place clean food was fast our waiter was super friendly & professional. & the food was so good! I would for sure plan coming back when back in Montreal!

Decent pub food. The onion rings were crispy, a little overdone but enjoyable. The dip that came with them just tasted like mayo & tobasco but I enjoyed it. I really wanted French onion soup, which is why I ordered from here in the forst place. I wasn't disappointed, it had a lot of flavour & would get it again! Not the best but it was better than expected! I also tried the chicken fingers & they were okay. The honey mustard made them a bit better.
Came here to watch the US college football championship game & everyone was so welcoming & excited about it. Food & service were fantastic! I got the classic poutine & was not disappointed. Very tasty!
I have been remiss. I spent Nov 18th & 19th pretty much living here. I was so enamored with my experience I promised the girls I'd post a nice review. It's Dec 23rd now & I never got around to it. Apologise girls, that's my ADHD taking hold & avoiding stuff. But I never forgot. I went up to Montreal to see the Tool conxert. I went pretty early as 530 am was the only direct flight. Anyways I walked the city until about noon & was done. I had read good reviews about their food & beer, plus it was directly across from my Air bnb. My buddy wouldn't be in until 7pm & I couldn't check into my Aorbnb until 4. So I settled in. What can I say, especially after all that preamble. I had the best time. For pretty much 2 days this was my home. The Airbnb sucked. Plus it was above a nightclub...I heard the beat drop a lot. Seficit to say, MVP was a far superior place to hang out. Food is top notch. I'm from Dartmouth NS, represent, & maybe the food price seemed high to me, but I quickly learned it's on par for the area. So no complaints & really they kept me alive for 2 days. Now to the ladies. Tina & Erika, what can I say. They have been friends for 28 years...& it shows. It was like watching a dance, they worked so inherently in sync they didn't need to speak, amazing to watch , & a credit to them both. Having long friendships mean something. & these two have it. I'm fortunate to still be close with my elementary school friends, so I get it. I was made to feel at home during my time there. They looked after me. I was in a safe place in a quasi sketchy part of town. So much fun I had here. Also I learned in Montréal you are either a Labatts or Molsen place. They're Labatts & you best be drinkin the Labat 50. Man I drank gallons of that. So dear reader should you have reached the end of my long & very enthusiastic endorsement of this establishment, let me thank you for considering my.....endorsement a mitigating factor in your decision to visit this fine....establishment. Merry Christmas everyone at MVP, including the regulars who also welcomed us & were awesome to hang with.... Also it should be noted I think I'm posting this on Google, so if it says Aubrey's Adventures & there's a picture of a little girl, that's my daughter & she wants to be a YouTube star, & I humour her. As well I don't have it in me to have two Google accounst. Am I right?

Nous avons aimé le service de Robyn 👌🏻✨ les cocktails sont corrects, l'ambience ça va..malheureusement la bouffe ne goûte rien & est dispendieuse. Fade, sous-assaisonnée.. La pizza n'est pas garnie de fromage à pizza mais de cheddar comme on achète en sac à l'épicerie. Ça faisait plusieurs années que je n'y étais pas allé. À l'époque c'était bon alors on y allait sporadiquement. J'ai bien peur que la visite d'hier soit ma dernière. Hélas..
Great experience. My first time in Montreal I stopped by this restaurant & tried poutine for the first time. Staff was very friendly & a great atmosphere. I will definitely be going back next time I'm in Montreal.
