I got charged $20 cover to walk in, & then got told to pay $5 to check my coat. I thought it would be worth it, but that was the worst dance floor I've ever seen. Nobody was dancing, & the drinks were $13 a piece. If there is a redeeming quality of this club, I didn't see it.
This was one of the worst & most unprofessional experiences I've had. The server took my phone to process payment & never showed me the total amount. I was not told what I was being charged, & no breakdown was provided.
After checking my transactions later, I saw that they added an outrageous 50-70% tip per drink without my knowledge or consent. That is completely unacceptable.
Yes, I had been drinking - but that does NOT give staff the right to take advantage of a customer. Adding excessive tips without informing someone is dishonest & feels like intentional exploitation.
I strongly advise others to be extremely careful here. Always check your bill before handing over your phone or card.

I have all the transaction records to support this. As a customer who spent a significant amount in one night, this feels dishonest & unacceptable. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a pub.
I expect a proper explanation & resolution regarding these charges.

The bartender Tyson took my drink when it still had alcohol inside, when confronted & all i asked was the replace my drink (i had bought a bottle) he refused & said he couldn't, your a bartender who can make drinks….. how come you can't make my drink that i paid for & had been taken from me, i understand a mistake can happen when cleaning up, but when i come to you & tell you what happend, you don't brush me off like im someone trying to steal. i'm a client who paid for my drink.

This place is lame. They need to figure out their sounds system & cocktails. Staff was drunk, prices & drinks were inconsistent. Girl bartender picking out a wedgie then touching glasses. Good Lord, never again!
Worst club experience ever. All of the staff were drunk, bartenders had no idea how to make drinks & also had none of the supplies to make complex drinks.
Insanely expensive for a terrible time. We showed up just after midnight on New Year's & there was barely anyone there, not to mention they denied us a coat check despite there being room for other coats.
Paid $76 for two vodka redbulls & two vodka shots, then $45 for four rum shots (which wasn't even what we ordered). Prices are inconsistent & frankly wrong. They are ripping people off.
Went to the rooftop for a comedy show.
The setting is cute. The shows seemed like it was sold out but there was just one bar tender. On the show ticket, it was advertised as a full bar menu but they only had a few options. In addition, the drinks were very small for the prices, compared to what I'm used to in Montreal. The sprite was so flat, it tasted like water.
Will most likely find another location for the next comedy show.
À la discothèque Muzique, on vous charge le gros prix pour rentrer (20-30 $) mais tu paies pour un service plus que médiocre. Pas de citron, pas de gin pour faire les drinks, ce qui est fascinant pour un bar. On commande des shots de tequila, le barman nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de sel. Lorsque j'insiste moindrement, il me répond que la Vraie tequila ne se boit pas avec du sel. Ouais..: commentaire impertinent considérant que sa tequila était bon marché. Mon amie a trouvé une fourmis dans son verre. On a jeté son verre & refusé de lui servir un autre. Seul point positif, l'ambiance. Bref, je n'y remettrai pas la pieds.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Muzique, & it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences ever. The staff went above & beyond to make the night special. Not only did they make sure I had a fantastic time, but they also got the entire floor involved in the celebration. The bottle service was exceptional, with smooth coordination & prompt attention. To top it off, the nightclub even provided a champagne bottle, which added a luxurious touch to the experience.
One of the standout aspects of Muzique is the bartenders-they are incredibly humble, sweet, & efficient. Despite the high-energy crowd, they handled orders with ease & always served drinks with a smile. The cocktails were well-mixed, & the selection of drinks was impressive. It's my mistake for not asking their names so I could compliment them even more.
The music selection was another highlight of the night. The DJs knew exactly how to keep the crowd engaged, playing a mix of popular hits, dance tracks, & some classic beats that kept everyone on the dance floor. The fireworks & lighting effects added to the energetic atmosphere, making the entire experience feel even more vibrant & immersive.
The crowd at Muzique was also fantastic-a great mix of partygoers who were all there to have a good time. The overall energy in the club was contagious, making it easy to dance & enjoy the night without any dull moments.
Muzique is the perfect spot for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a night out with friends. Moi & mes amies nous sommes venues durant l'halloween. La soirée était cool, le club était remplies, MAIS 21$ pour un vodka redbull is craaaazyyyy. En plus, la serveuse au bar a eu le culot de dire «La prochaine tu laissera un tip» d'une façon super bête. De plus, le drink était 70% de la glace, 6 gorgés & c'était finis.
When I ordered a shot of vodka with chase & a shot of tequila, the bartender chose to charge for grey goose & patron as well as a full soda. Pretty ridiculous; unless specifically requested, customers are referring to rail liquor, not the most expensive options. & usually chase is included considering it's supposed to be a very small portion & mixed drinks do not cost extra for the soda. Seems like the bartenders try to scam. Also, the DJ was very bad!
The vibe in there was awesome. It was better than some cheap clubs in downtown. However, the toilets were missing soap for washing hands, don't know why. Also, there was another major issue, the drinks were too diluted or watered down. We ordered over 15 tequila shots & could barely even feel like we had any alcohol. I mean come on, after spending over $150+ per order, we'd expect a bit better quality than that. The staff's behavior was good though!!
I want to sincerely share my thanks & appreciation to all the staff at Muzique. It was my first time ever in Montréal & they certainly gave me a warm & amazing welcome. Muzique is definitely a great spot that anyone visiting or living in Montréal can't never get enough of. From the moment you come to the door, the security guard, the girl hanging out the jackets, all the way to the servers, barback & amazing bartenders everyone was very friendly & welcoming. The music was on point, the DJ surely knows how to bring people from diferent cultures together by mixing it up with a variety of all time popular songs from around the world. The girls taking care of the bottle service will definitely give anyone a experience to remember & never forget. I will definitely recommend Muzique to anyone that wants to have a great time in Montréal. I will certainly be coming back soon, & can't wait for that moment to arrive again. A very special thanks Amy 💟, she's an awesome bartender, always attentive & ready to set you up on your next drink, make sure to tip her very well 😉. Thank you very much Amy, stay sweet. Also a big shoutout to Loc, he is the man. He is a very cool guy who will make you night. Hard worker, very friendly & entertaining.
