After my recent visit to Mucho Burrito, I have to say it was an experience unlike any other. Not only was the food extraordinary, but the staff were absolutely incredible. They were very friendly, patient, & genuinely kind, which made the whole visit even better.
The food was exceptional. Everything tasted fresh & well prepared, & you could tell it was carefully maintained & handled with attention. The atmosphere of the restaurant felt great as well. It was welcoming, comfortable, & very clean. The place was spotless, which really shows how much pride they take in their business.
On top of all that, the prices are very affordable, especially considering the generous portions you get. You definitely get great value for your money.
Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish, & I will definitely be coming back.

Aujourd'hui, en plus de nos plats préférés, nous avons goûté aux fameuses pommes- frites mercado , avec fromage, garni de sauce queso crémeux etc… wow délicieuse!
First time here with my husband. The food is good, very tasty. We ordered the mucho burrito & poulet miel bowl. It's good, my husband finished most of the food & we will certainly order again here. Also, nice people. Very friendly.
This is so sad. My husband & I have loved this place for a long time but we were thoroughly disappointed. The barbacoa meat was dry & there was such a small amount in there that all I could taste was the salsa. They put the tiniest amount of cheese & meat but put so much salsa & rice that that's all my burrito tasted like. We also ordered a veggie quesadilla.... There were veggies & the smallest sprinkling of cheese. It fell apart immediately.
The service was ok, staff seemed stressed & confused.
I am not giving a bad review to be rude, I'm just disappointed with the food considering we have always enjoyed the food here.
We were disappointed with our experience. We ordered a honey chili burrito bowl & grilled chicken tacos. When assembling there tacos, they took the chicken from the same bin as the honey chili chicken when they should have been coming from a different bin. I only realized when we tasted it that they were both the same grilled chicken. We were also disappointed that when choosing the toppings for the burrito bowl, we were told we could only choose 4 items, I could not believe that even cheese is considered a topping & we chose lettuce, cheese, pickled onions & corn & then we couldn't even add tomatoes because we had no more choice of toppings left over. I hope management realizes that their competition do not limit the number of choices when it comes to burrito assembly. Other competitors in the area offer more for a cheaper price. Another point of criticism that I hope they consider changing is that the toppings do not look fresh, the tomatoes looked old & the coleslaw also looked a few days old. We found the prices to be too high but would not return more because the ingredients were not fresh & we felt cheated that we asked for honey chili chicken & paid more for that ingredient & they have us grilled chicken.
I go very often & Phil is incredible. He's very friendly & attentive to my dietary restrictions (vegan). Food is always amazing, great portion size for price & the place is always clean. Highly recommend. Next time I go back I hope to see Phil as the manager!! Thank you
I had such a great experience at Mucho Burrito! The food was super delicious & I really appreciated the variety of vegan options & everything was fresh & full of flavor.
What truly stood out was the service from the staff member named Jay (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect). He was so kind, patient, & had great energy. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was happy with their order.
Highly recommend this location for both the amazing food & the wonderful service.
Sorry, big fan of the chain, this went from very good to very weak. Half the meat, very little of each selection for garnish. Seems like they are maxing profits, will not go back. The one on Cote vertu is way better & more to what this one used to be. Poor value.
J'ai mangé le porc Al Pastor à l'ananas en bol. Les ingrédients sont frais & très goûteux, entre autre la salsa à l'ananas! Le service était excellent! J'ai vraiment adoré mon repas!!!
Been coming here since they opened & have always had a good experience & a tasty burrito. Recently I've been especially impressed by the day staff & how they keep their stations exceptionally clean. Very professional feeling. Well done & thank you
