I have been a regular customer at Mucho Burrito for a long time & it used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing.

My husband, son, & I visited & were served by a young employee who was rude from the moment we ordered. When I asked for lettuce, he put only a few small pieces on my bowl. I politely asked for a little more, & he added only a few more pieces. The same thing happened with the chicken & mushrooms. I even requested double meat & made it clear that I was willing to pay for it, yet the portion was still extremely small.

My son ordered meat as well. He was given two small scoops, & when he asked for double meat, only one additional scoop was added. That is not what customers expect when paying extra for double meat.

What upset us most was the employee's attitude. He raised his voice at us when we questioned the portions. The experience was so unpleasant that my husband refused to eat there, & we left without having our meal.

It's really disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service & respect. Sadly, after this experience, I don't think we'll be returning.

Excellent service de la part du jeune homme qui m'a servis aujourd'hui. Il était courtois & très sympathique. C'est toujours agréable d'être accueilli avec un sourire!
Le plat de chorizo que j'ai commandé était également délicieux & plein de saveurs. Je reviendrai sans doute!

Consistently flavourful food & efficient & courteous service. Experience marred only by entitled patrons using foul language within the premises over claims of attitude on the part of the employee, which was an outright lie.

Terrible customer service. I will never return here. I've been coming for years & today I was greeted by a rude gentleman who claimed to be the'boss who has worked there for 3 years'. He literally gave me 2 grams of meat, a slice of lettuce, & two beans. I asked for more toppings per normal quantity & he gave me & my family attitude. We walked right out. Terrible customer service. You just lost 3 regulars forever.

Première expérience & vraiment satisfaite ! Le goût était excellent, le service impeccable & très souriant. La préparation était rapide, je n'ai pas attendu longtemps. Côté prix, c'est raisonnable. La viande était bonne, mais c'est surtout le mélange que j'ai choisi « avec l'aide de la serveuse » qui était vraiment délicieux. Je vous conseille vivement d'essayer ! 😊
