Service & overall cleanliness were good. The food was not fresh (dry meats & rice, stale chips). Prices will end up costing similar to a sit down restaurant too. Not worth the visit unfortunately.
I cannot comment on the food itself, but did experience exceptional service when Doordash failed to show up to retrieve the order. Someone from the location called to let me know the driver had not shown up, then the manager called to refund the order; & offered a complimentary lunch should I ever be in the area. Truely exceptional.
They catered my daughter's 30th bday for 60 people. Food was delicious, they came on time, set up everything, & Bill was super easy to deal with answering all my questions especially regarding allergies.
Order online, first of all there was a glitch with the site & I was over charged when I went to pick up the food I told the woman at the cash & she said she couldnt do anything because the payment goes directly to head office! Secondly dont beleive the menu there is no grilled pineapple salsa it is canned pineapple, no grilled corn it is canned corn! Service was slow even though I ordered for pick up I still had to wait. Scratching this place off my list & they did not give me the money they over charged me back!
Food is good! We go here often & I love how they're not shy with the sauce. Staff was friendly & once got offered guac, I said no since there would be extra charge but he gave it to me anyway & he said he won't charge as he was the owner. It was a good plus!
Food was alright, the staff was very helpful. I was expecting a bigger portion for the price but I guess that could be due to inflation. Spent 22$ & was still hungry afterwards. Overall good, would come back from time to time.
A picture is worth a thousand words... He said any more cheese than that would be an extra charge.
Every time I visit the portions get cheaper except rice , they aren't too stingy with the rice for now... anything else is like asking them for thier wallets.
Food is good, but their rice can literally break your teeth, that’s how hard it is. Not sure why they haven’t fixed this yet, everyone complains about it. If they fixed the rice problem, they would get a 5-star review
