Mucca se distingue comme une adresse locale chaleureuse où les plats privilégient le fait maison et les produits locaux. Les viandes vieillies en interne et les pâtes artisanales, les desserts maison et les glaces rafraîchissantes offrent une expérience gourmande et authentique. Le cadre est intime et l'ambiance conviviale, idéale pour un dîner entre amis ou une soirée en tête-à-tête, et le service est attentif et personnalisé avec de bons conseils sur les vins. La carte évolue régulièrement avec des plats créatifs et des accompagnements soignés, et les avis convergent sur la qualité des steaks et des pâtes. Certains retours mentionnent une salle parfois bruyante et des portions ou des choix qui ne conviennent pas à tout le monde, mais l'esprit et la constance de Mucca restent remarquables.
Mucca is classy & continues to be one of my favorite Montreal restaurants. For beef dishes, it can't be beat! Damiano is one of the most engaging & thoughtful waiters in the city. Highest rating!

Our second time visiting your place & all was incredible! We had the citrus tiramisu, by far the best restaurant dessert we've ever had! Thank you for making our evening special, Natasha & Rodion
Nice date night spot in Little Italy. Menus are seasonal & change every couple of weeks based on available ingredients. Before going, check their menu online to see what they’re offering.
My partner & I ordered the tasting menu at 78pp which gave you a smattering of items available on their menu that day, including two appetizers, one pasta, one meat, & two desserts. Their appetizers (green bean salad + beef carpaccio) & pasta (white cream tube pasta) was absolutely amazing as well as the sides that came with the meat (mashed potato’s & chard), although parts of the meat came out either a bit chewy, a bit tough, or the rosemary overpowered the dry age.
While portion sizes were smaller than if you were to order the dishes separately, we preferred this option because the amount of food that came out was just right. (If you care more about the volume, would maybe recommend ordering the foods separately)
All in all this was a very solid meal. Food came out quickly & service was excellent & friendly! (Keep in mind we came a bit on the earlier side. I can imagine when it gets busy, it may be hard for the 1-2 people in the front to be at your every beck & call. Temper expectations & focus on enjoying your food!)
One of the best meals I’ve had in Montreal. Amazing service. Easily a top 5 restaurant in the city. Wow. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Will be back for sure!

Magnifique découverte. Ambiance & personnel super sympa. Repas délicieux, gourmand & raffiné. On a dégusté un fiorentina (parfait pour les amateurs de viande maturée) & des pâtes maison ultra fraîches cuisinés avec des produits frais … découverte des ´maitaké’😋 sans oublier l’excellent tiramisu aux agrumes suivi d’un bon café italien. Restaurant à ne pas manquer si vous passez à Montréal.
Un très bon resto de quartier. Le boeuf est savoureux, l'ambiance chaleureuse & raffinée & le service sympathique. Le menu dégustation à 78$ est un très bon rapport qualité/quantité/ prix. Bonne selection de vin (surtout nature) d'importation privée à prix raisonnables.

Nous étions un groupe de 4 vendredi soir & la bouffe est excellente. Le service est très courtois. La carte des vins très bien & à des prix raisonnables. Le seul bémol est le bruit. C'était à peine possible de s'entendre parler. Déjà que le resto n'est pas très insonorisé, il y a des hauts-parleurs qui crachent de la musique des années 80 à tue-tête. C'est un resto pas un club...
Last Thursday, my client & I decided to dine at this establishment hoping for a relaxed & enjoyable evening. We walked in at about 8:30 pm & were surprised to find the restaurant almost desserted with only three other tables occupied. Little did we know, our anticipation was soon to be marred by a series of disappointing events & a Grinch (the owner). Although the food quality was commendable, our overall experience was overwhelmingly tarnished by the shockingly poor service of the owner. We were left waiting for nearly 30 minutes before our orders were taken, which was surprising given the sparse crowd. We opted for the tasting menu - the most premium offering on their menu - leading to a clutter of dishes on our diminutive table. In an attempt to create a bit more space & since the owner wasn't in the front for the last 10 mins, we decided to combine our table with an adjacent one. We thought it a harmless act, aimed at making our meal more comfortable without causing any inconvenience. But we were taken aback when the owner, Karine, confronted us, 10 mins later, expressing extreme displeasure at our initiative. Despite our immediate apologies & explanation for our actions, she continued to berate us. Hoping to salvage the situation, we decided to persist, putting our faith in the restaurant's culinary reputation. But to our dismay, Karine later moved the extra table without a word of explanation. When we courteously requested her to let us use the extra table given the lack of customers & the amount of dishes ordered, she vehemently & disrespectfully refused, stating her reluctance to encourage customers to use more space than designated. It was at this point that we decided to leave. The condescending attitude of the management completely extinguished our appetite. We paid for the dishes we had been served & departed, vowing never to return. It's regrettable that our experience was so negative, & perhaps provides some insight as to why the restaurant was nearly empty on a Thursday night. The most regrettable aspect of this encounter is that it wasn't my first visit to this restaurant. Just three weeks prior, I had brought a group of six friends & we had collectively spent $1000. What's more, the friends I brought along had a personal connection to the owner through a family member, who was a regular there. I was anticipating this connection would pave the way for a warm & friendly rapport, & was considering this place for frequent get-togethers. Unfortunately, the distressing episode has quashed such hopes. The unfortunate truth is that the restaurant has not just lost a potential repeat customer, but also the prospect of consistent business brought by a wider circle of acquaintances. An establishment's success isn't only about the quality of food, but equally about the hospitality & service extended to customers. The management should understand this before it's too late, for no restaurant can thrive on good food alone.
Second time I have been to this restaurant & it is outstanding! Delicious & creative appetizers, homemade bread is so good, but the star of the show is definitely their aged steaks! So tender & perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be going back.
Service super sympathique, les pâtes arrivent assez chaudes, tout est goûteux. Le souci de bien faire paraît partout.
On est pas très "viandes" personnellement, alors on y est allés pour les pâtes - super super.
