Le lieu est petit et le stationnement limité, et certains déplorent l absence de places assises, mais l ambiance et l accueil restent appréciables et l équipe est souvent décrite comme sympathique et attentive. First off, I would like to say that I absolutely recommend this place but for now perhaps for delivery. I have been going/ordering from there since it opened & was always satisfied with the customer service. However, last night was the most unpleasant experience I've had! The guy at cash was utterly rude. I advised ses him at cash that I had a discount code to which he indicated that I should have told him when I ordered on the phone. I then said I was unaware as previously I had done the same & the young lady simply gave me a new bill. This seemed to have aggravated him greatly as his behaviour became hostile. He did redo the bill but not without abruptly pushing the stool on which he put the bag on & proceeded to slap down the sandwiches. I was so shocked by his aggressiveness that I told him to not bother with closing the bag.. he pushed the stool as if it had done anything to him. Got in the car to realise my drink was wrong as he probably didn't really pay attention to me while ordering on the phone (he was already rude on the phone but i blamed it on the fact that I was looking for my words but hey it's customer service). It took me a while to decide if it were worth even going back & have to deal with him again.. but I since I paid for it, I went back in.. Ultimately I gave up as there were more people but never did I feel so tense going there. Is he new Sad because I actually liked going in.
My favorite Vietnamese place to order from! Their drinks are ALWAYS made so good everytime! My go-to is the wintermelon black tea! I recently tried the mango smoothie & it exceeded expectations! The chicken bhan mi is soo good! Will be a loyal customer for sure

All good but i dont undrstand why I ordered a combo, but they charged me separate price for each item.. then they applied 30% promtion.. they should have told me promotion is not applied for combo Edit: I have to come back to changed from 4 to 5 stars.. the owner is so sweet, & of course I will come back for sure even when promotion finish ❤️❤️
Ça faisait longtemps que je me cherchais une bonne place pour manger un banh mi à Laval & c'est mission accomplie!! Le petit dépanneur spécialisé & très cool aussi avec plein de produits intéressants !
Jai profite de leur promo de leur 5e anniversaire mardi PM. Jai l'impression que les tapiocas n'étaient pas frais. J'ai eu une indigestion toute la soiree & le lendemain matin :(

Les sandwichs sont vraiment excellents. Les baguettes de pain & les ingrédients sont tres frais. Je suis aller au Vietnam & j'ai pu avoir la chance de déguster plusieurs Banh Mi & ceux de Mr.T peuvent rivaliser en therme de qualité & de saveur avec ce qu'on retrouve au Vietnam. Il y a également une énorme quantité de breuvage, bubble tea, limonades... & un mini marché avec des produits importés. Vous pouvez manger sur place ou pour emporté. Si vous êtes fan de Banh Mi, c'est un must.

I've gone to Mr.T a couple of times before, & had delivery from there as well. The food is fresh & authentic, tastes like mother makes it! The bubbleteas have flavors no other place have but that I find incredibly on brand & national (Durian, Viet Coffee, etc). They're delicious!! Especially the durian one, as someone who LOVES durian but can't seem to find many places that offer that flavor of sweets, this helps scratch my itch. I'm a bit sad the the shop doesn't look as cozy as it did a couple of years ago in 2019 when I last visited, it was smaller, had many paintings on the wall & the lighting was very warm. Now, it has expanded a bit which surprised me! I'm happy the shop is clearly successful, but the walls of the extension are very bland & cold compared to the old décor, I'd love to see a little more life in there :) The staff there are always super warm, welcoming & friendly. I'd recommend going for authentic teas, food, & staff.
On a commandé des boissons chaudes, & j'ai demandé s'elles avaient des tapioca & le personnel m'a dit oui, mais les boissons n'avaient pas de tapioca. Cependant, les boissons goûtent si bien!
