Le lieu est petit et le stationnement limité, et certains déplorent l absence de places assises, mais l ambiance et l accueil restent appréciables et l équipe est souvent décrite comme sympathique et attentive. Des critiques évoquent toutefois une baisse de qualité après le changement d'emballage des boissons, avec plus de glace et un goût plus neutre, et une différence dans la qualité du tapioca; le service peut aussi être lent ou les sandwiches réchauffés arrivant froids. Je recommande fortement cette endroit autant pour les plats que leur thé aux perles( plein de saveurs) .Tout est très bon surtout pour ceux qui aiment essayer la nouveauté & variété ! Ils font de très bon sandwich banh mi. Endroit pas très grand & il n'y a pas de banc pour manger sur place mais ils vendent des produits intéressants en étagère. Bref prix abordable
They have a wide selection of drinks to choose from & often add new drinks & flavours. Not the most authentic bubble tea, but still very good for a refreshing sugary drink. I usually order the vanilla or taro bubble tea since I like simple drinks. I really recommend this place!!

Very friendly & kind staff. The drinks are delicious, I highly recommend the beauty cherry, there is a generous amount of toppings on it. There is also a small grocery section, with a variety of products that may be hard to find in Laval. The drinks are also sealed with cute pictures, including from we bare bears.
First off, I would like to say that I absolutely recommend this place but for now perhaps for delivery. I have been going/ordering from there since it opened & was always satisfied with the customer service. However, last night was the most unpleasant experience I've had! The guy at cash was utterly rude. I advised ses him at cash that I had a discount code to which he indicated that I should have told him when I ordered on the phone. I then said I was unaware as previously I had done the same & the young lady simply gave me a new bill. This seemed to have aggravated him greatly as his behaviour became hostile. He did redo the bill but not without abruptly pushing the stool on which he put the bag on & proceeded to slap down the sandwiches. I was so shocked by his aggressiveness that I told him to not bother with closing the bag.. he pushed the stool as if it had done anything to him. Got in the car to realise my drink was wrong as he probably didn't really pay attention to me while ordering on the phone (he was already rude on the phone but i blamed it on the fact that I was looking for my words but hey it's customer service). It took me a while to decide if it were worth even going back & have to deal with him again.. but I since I paid for it, I went back in.. Ultimately I gave up as there were more people but never did I feel so tense going there. Is he new Sad because I actually liked going in.

I've gone to Mr.T a couple of times before, & had delivery from there as well. The food is fresh & authentic, tastes like mother makes it! The bubbleteas have flavors no other place have but that I find incredibly on brand & national (Durian, Viet Coffee, etc). They're delicious!! Especially the durian one, as someone who LOVES durian but can't seem to find many places that offer that flavor of sweets, this helps scratch my itch. I'm a bit sad the the shop doesn't look as cozy as it did a couple of years ago in 2019 when I last visited, it was smaller, had many paintings on the wall & the lighting was very warm. Now, it has expanded a bit which surprised me! I'm happy the shop is clearly successful, but the walls of the extension are very bland & cold compared to the old décor, I'd love to see a little more life in there :) The staff there are always super warm, welcoming & friendly. I'd recommend going for authentic teas, food, & staff.
Délicieux! Saveurs qui explosent, très goûteux & portions extra généreuses! Nous avons pris des bahn mi, des soupes & des rouleaux impériaux. On recommande +++. (Nous avons commandé par Uber eats.)
