I don't know about their drinks but their food is just subpar. The first few times i ordered it was ok but now meh. All the meats in their sandwiches taste a little stale & refrigerated. The beef one is the best but still. Not bad but definitly not great. There are now better options in laval. 3 stars but actually 2.5.

Used to order from here all the time but the quality has decreased the past year since they changed the packaging for the drinks from being see through it's now just packed with ice & tastes just like water now & the tapioca quality isn't the same either. I've experienced this several times now so I stopped ordering from here unfortunately. Please fix this issue.

They have a wide selection of drinks to choose from & often add new drinks & flavours. Not the most authentic bubble tea, but still very good for a refreshing sugary drink. I usually order the vanilla or taro bubble tea since I like simple drinks. I really recommend this place!!

Very friendly & kind staff. The drinks are delicious, I highly recommend the beauty cherry, there is a generous amount of toppings on it. There is also a small grocery section, with a variety of products that may be hard to find in Laval. The drinks are also sealed with cute pictures, including from we bare bears.

If there is line, it is totally worth waiting. They have some really cool drinks & the food is delicious. The banh mi's are delicious. They also have a section for instant noodles & ingredients so you can make bobba at home.

First off, I would like to say that I absolutely recommend this place but for now perhaps for delivery. I have been going/ordering from there since it opened & was always satisfied with the customer service. However, last night was the most unpleasant experience I've had! The guy at cash was utterly rude. I advised ses him at cash that I had a discount code to which he indicated that I should have told him when I ordered on the phone. I then said I was unaware as previously I had done the same & the young lady simply gave me a new bill. This seemed to have aggravated him greatly as his behaviour became hostile. He did redo the bill but not without abruptly pushing the stool on which he put the bag on & proceeded to slap down the sandwiches. I was so shocked by his aggressiveness that I told him to not bother with closing the bag.. he pushed the stool as if it had done anything to him. Got in the car to realise my drink was wrong as he probably didn't really pay attention to me while ordering on the phone (he was already rude on the phone but i blamed it on the fact that I was looking for my words but hey it's customer service). It took me a while to decide if it were worth even going back & have to deal with him again.. but I since I paid for it, I went back in.. Ultimately I gave up as there were more people but never did I feel so tense going there. Is he new Sad because I actually liked going in.

My favorite Vietnamese place to order from! Their drinks are ALWAYS made so good everytime! My go-to is the wintermelon black tea! I recently tried the mango smoothie & it exceeded expectations! The chicken bhan mi is soo good! Will be a loyal customer for sure
