Display Allrecommend(25) highly recommend(14) middle eastern(12) fresh(12) syrian(10) authentic(9) attentive(8) dessert(8) sandwich(8) hummus(7) quality(7) dishes(7)The Ramadan menu is excessively priced, with a poor quality-to-price ratio. The starters were average, & the main dishes were likely not fresh & primarily consisted of rice or similar ingredients.
Amazing experience! The food was delicious & fresh, but the kebbe naye was truly special.
Great service & atmosphere too. Highly recommended!
AMAZING experience at Mosaic! The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented & the flavours were rich, authentic & perfectly balanced. You can really taste the freshness & quality of the ingredients in every bite.
We tried several dishes & everything was outstanding - from the appetizers to the main plates. The mouhamara was the best I've ever had in my life. The presentation alone makes you excited to eat, & the taste is even better.
A special thank you to Lynn who served us. She gave us the best service! She was so bubbly, welcoming & attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant is beautiful. The food is amazing, fresh, flavourful & great quality.
Update for Iftar:
The 55$ menu had a lot to offer. See below pictures for feb 2026.
Fresh & creative Levantine cuisine, cozy & chill environment. Very friendly & efficient service with proper attention management. I was offered free ice cream to compensate the waiting time for Halawet. My fav dish here should be Fatoush, the Mélasee definitely added plus freshness to the taste! Also creative round fries are delicious. Weekend performances are set in the evenings. Miss out this time.
Mosaic Resto Lounge is a fantastic spot for truly authentic Middle Eastern food. The space is clean, modern, & welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in & enjoy the meal. Portions are generous & well-priced, making it great for sharing or coming hungry. Everything tastes fresh & thoughtfully prepared, but the hummus really stands out, smooth, flavourful, & easily some of the best I've had. Consistently solid food, great value, & an easy place to recommend in Montreal.
One of my favourite restaurants by far! The food is fresh, flavourful & nicely prepared. The atmosphere is also very elegant. The owner took time to sit with us as well. He was very nice & professional. Highly recommend!
Loved this place! The food was incredible, fresh & full of flavor. The atmosphere was super cozy & welcoming, & the service was great too. Easily one of the best spots I've been to! Highly recommend.
1st off - Mario? He provides great service, very friendly & welcoming.
2nd - the food was worth a 2 hour drive. More than I could have imagined. The food tastes authentic, so fresh & tasty. So glad we discovered this place for dinner, & we will definitely be returning. Pictures or menu descriptions don't do justice. You HAVE to try Mosaic. 12/10.
Very good food. Hummus is extremely delicious. Shisha is excellent. Meat is fresh & tastes good. The place is not loud. Service is very good, our server made sure we got our food the way we wanted. Food came a bit late, but all good.
I recently visited Mosaic with a group of 10 colleagues, & while the presentation of the food was visually appealing (as you can see in the photos), the overall experience was underwhelming. Despite booking a week in advance, the restaurant seemed completely unprepared. We were the only table there for the two hours we spent dining, & yet the service was far below expectations. The waitress showed no enthusiasm or effort in making our visit enjoyable. With no other tables to serve, it felt like a missed opportunity to create a positive experience for us. Service was disorganized, with dishes arriving at different times, leaving us to eat separately instead of as a group. I personally didn't enjoy my chicken sandwich, which lacked flavor & didn't meet my expectations. However, some appetizers were enjoyable, such as the salad & certain dips, though others fell short in quality. A few of my colleagues had positive feedback about their mains, so there might be potential in other dishes I didn't try. The dessert experience was disappointing. The waitress initially recommended two desserts, only to return later & inform us they hadn't "arrived yet." This strongly suggests that desserts aren't made in-house. The alternatives we ordered weren't fresh & felt like an afterthought, which was a letdown. That being said, I'm open to trying Mosaic again because some of the appetizers looked great, & I didn't have the chance to try everything. The setting & presentation of the food are promising, but the restaurant really needs to work on their service, preparation, & consistency to deliver a better experience.
The restaurant is beautiful, spacious & well lit. The atmosphere is great, & the music playing on the TVs is at a reasonable volume. There is shisha but it's well aerated & I didn't have any issues with the smoke despite having sensitive lungs to this sort of thing. The food is even more amazing: loved the garlic labneh & mouhamara, the sujuk sausages were very savory, & I've never had a fresher, crispier, more delicious salad than the fattouch. Wonderful mixed plate, with tender chicken, filet mignon & kefta. The dessert was transformative: the halawet el jeben felt like a a flavorful cloud, with a superb texture (in between mascarpone & mochi). The service was great! He made sure he got our receipt split right, & we even got the table a delicious ben naren dessert to split because he heard it was her birthday. Just a fantastic experience, & I will be cooking back to share it again with friends!
I have literally nothing negative to say. Seriously delicious food & very fresh! We also had the chicken shish taouk ... best shish taouk I've had in all my life probably! I almost don't want to share this post... keep it a secret lolol
The set menu was more than delicious & fresh & the restaurant is very generous. Wednesday karaoke was very fun
