On a passé un super moment ! L'accueil était hyper chaleureux, un grand merci aux deux serveuses qui ont été top. Les pizzas étaient vraiment délicieuses, & le tiramisu… un vrai régal !

The service was top notch on all fronts. Pizza was exceptional & incredibly authentic. Interestingly is the oven is an electric powered pizza oven. At first I was a bit skeptical that it wouldn't be as good as a wood fired oven….but it was even better! The dough stayed crispy & soft on the inside & never got soggy. Visiting Montreal from Ottawa & had dinner here last night. Absolutely AMAZING!!! My sister & I shared a Caesar salad, the Truffle Arancini, & a Rucola & Prosciutto pizza. All was excellent, but the Caesar salad was to die for. The Arancini & pizza were also excellent. Thank you for the great service & wonderful experience.View more

I recently visited Moreira's in Montreal & had a great overall experience. The service was excellent-friendly, attentive, & made us feel right at home.
Food-wise, the pizza was definitely the highlight-crispy, flavorful, & absolutely delicious. The daily special pasta was decent, nothing special, will probably skip next time. What really stood out were the desserts-fantastic! A perfect sweet ending to the meal.
The atmosphere was cozy & welcoming, making it a great spot for a relaxed night out. I'd definitely come back, especially for the pizza & dessert!View more

Food was good. The highlight of the meal was actually the spicy oil for the pizza, very spicy & gave a nice kick. Our favorite pasta was the truffle gnocchi. The truffles were not overpowering the dish. The pizzas were good, but the toppings were not really special. Fried calamari had big pieces & tasted fresh. Staff is super attentive. Not my favorite Italian spot in Montreal, but still a decent choice for a date or even eating as a group.View more

Tried Moreiras tonight for the first time. The pizzas are really good. Ordered Cristina & Rucola & loved both.
I reserved days in advance & when we got there they gave us the worst table. That table shouldn't even exist there, it's in the way & would have been extremely uncomfortable with people & staff constantly walking past.
We asked if we could get another table, like any other table since there were plenty 2 seater tables that were empty but they said it's all they had. 2 minutes later they said they could give us another one which was not that much better but at least a step up from the first one.
Honestly I can understand if they couldn't give us another table but what I didn't like was the obvious bothered look & attitude of one of the servers. We live 3 minutes from the restaurant & were excited to try it. It's unfortunate that the first (& most likely last) experience was disappointing in terms of service which to us is more important than the food.View more

I absolutely in love with this place now. The food is amazing. It's super flavourful & the special sauces are make the dishes extra delicious. The service was great, the lovely waitress would never as you: you are done? She waited patiently for us to ask for the bill (definitely a plus when you want to chat with friends & doesn't want to feel pressured to leave). We told her how much we loved the sauce with the octopus, she even packed a little extra for us🥹overall, amazing food, great service, will definitely go again!View more

We recently hosted a small corporate event at Moreiras, & it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, owner & chef Jonathan went above & beyond to make sure every detail was perfect for our group of 20.
Jonathan was incredibly accommodating-he worked with us to create a custom menu that catered to various dietary needs & food intolerances, which was deeply appreciated. He also prepared a lovely space at the front of the restaurant just for our group, complete with coat check, which added a nice touch of comfort & convenience.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. Jonathan's menu was creative & beautifully executed. Everything came out hot, fresh, & perfectly timed. The tomato brochettes, arancini, octopus, meatballs, & pizza were standout favorites-bursting with flavor & clearly made with care. There were even desserts included in our hors d'oeuvres, which was a welcome & delightful surprise!
A special mention goes to the two waitresses who served us throughout the evening-they were amazing in every way. Warm, attentive, & incredibly professional, they made sure everything ran smoothly & that our guests were comfortable & well looked after.
Moreiras was the perfect setting for our gathering. Warm, welcoming, & absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host an event-or just enjoy an excellent meal with top notch service.View more

I recently dined at Moreira's in Montreal & had an outstanding experience. We started with the truffle arancini & calamari, both of which were exceptional. The truffle arancini featured a rich filling with a delightful exterior, while the calamari was perfectly cooked. For our main course, I enjoyed the Vesuvio pizza, which was to die for. I also had the Hazelnut Espresso Martini which was a delightful twist on the classic cocktail, combining rich espresso with hazelnut for a smooth & invigorating drink. The service was impeccable, our waitress was attentive & ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm & inviting, making it a perfect spot for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Moreira's & look forward to returning soon.?View more
