Alors, comment dire...
The poutine has no business being THIS good. Along with Greenspot's, it has become the standard by which I compare all other poutines.
Great music!
Great bar to watch a football match! The place was spacious & comfortable, & the atmosphere was really nice. Big thank you to Alex for the amazing welcome!
Zach is the goat. Along with the 3 previous Sean's. Moose bawr is the spot.
The amaretto sour was really good here. So was the poutine. I heard the bartender was nice from the other table beside us outside but wasn't too sure. Then we sat at the bar & I understood why everyone glazed him so much. He was so sweet & attentive & he attended to us like we were the only ones at the bar. I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. His name was zac if I remember correctly. Amazing night & makes the cocktails!
Good place, cute waitresses, just a little disappointed since we ordered beer accidentally & they didn't want to do a switch although we didn't touch the drinks.
Very sad. Not the same bar it used to be. This bar was my favourite spot in Montreal pre Covid. The best parts were the Avocado fries & the the drop shot menu. Both of which are now gone. There were such minimal food options. Thankfully they still had the sangrias which was tasty, cheap shots, & free pop corn. We also went around 7:30pm on a Saturday & it was not packed & they were blasting punk music (which we love of good punk moment) but the waitress could barely hear us speaking. Overall very disappointing & won't be going back. If you're just going for cheap drinks, loud punk music, & a simple bar food menu, then it's still a good spot. Just not the same place it used to be.
