A terrible experience at Moonlight. The owner was inappropriate & tried to impose what customers should do. The waitress, when I got her attention, gestured'one second' to finish her call. Later, while paying, the owner told me I shouldn't be upset-rather, they were upset because I brought a water bottle, even though I ordered plenty & paid a high bill. I argued that having my personal water bottle shouldn't bother them.'
Une expérience très mauvaise chez Moonlight. Le propriétaire était inapproprié & imposait ce que les clients devaient faire. La serveuse, quand j'ai attiré son attention, m'a fait signe'une seconde' pour finir son appel. Plus tard, en payant, le propriétaire m'a dit que je ne devrais pas être fâchée-c'était eux qui l'étaient, car j'avais une bouteille d'eau, alors que j'avais commandé beaucoup & payé une addition élevée. J'ai argumenté que ma bouteille d'eau personnelle ne devrait pas les dérange
I had a very disappointing experience at Moonlight Resto Lounge. My wife & I were seated at a table & were simply enjoying our coffee when, just a few minutes later, the waitress asked us to move to a smaller table for two. The way she approached us was not polite at all & showed a clear lack of customer service.
What made things worse was how she later spoke to my wife at the new table, telling her to'keep your seat straight' in a rude manner, even though there was plenty of space around. The tone & attitude were completely unnecessary & unprofessional.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Staff should know how to speak to customers with respect. I would give 0 stars for customer service. This employee clearly needs proper training on how to deal with guests respectfully
Very disappointed, we came just to stay for 1 hour, the lady seated us at a table just to decide after we settled to move us to another table that was freed after a customer left, then she proceeded to dictate on me how to sit although the table had no leg space & there was enough space for those passing behind/beside us. Very rude & unprofessional for a casual experience. I would have rated 0 if I could.

Worst customer service ever, they will dictate how much you order, where to sit, how to sit. Very rude & unprofessional.

Arrogance des serveurs, qui justifient leur attitude en disant que ce sont des « instructions du propriétaire ».
Pression pour obliger les clients à acheter une chicha, même lorsqu'on vient simplement pour consommer autre chose.
Service inexistant, aucun sens du respect ni de la clientèle.
Honnêtement : service 0, accueil 0, expérience 0.
