A terrible experience at Moonlight. The owner was inappropriate & tried to impose what customers should do. The waitress, when I got her attention, gestured'one second' to finish her call. Later, while paying, the owner told me I shouldn't be upset-rather, they were upset because I brought a water bottle, even though I ordered plenty & paid a high bill. I argued that having my personal water bottle shouldn't bother them.'
Une expérience très mauvaise chez Moonlight. Le propriétaire était inapproprié & imposait ce que les clients devaient faire. La serveuse, quand j'ai attiré son attention, m'a fait signe'une seconde' pour finir son appel. Plus tard, en payant, le propriétaire m'a dit que je ne devrais pas être fâchée-c'était eux qui l'étaient, car j'avais une bouteille d'eau, alors que j'avais commandé beaucoup & payé une addition élevée. J'ai argumenté que ma bouteille d'eau personnelle ne devrait pas les dérange
I had a very disappointing experience at Moonlight Resto Lounge. My wife & I were seated at a table & were simply enjoying our coffee when, just a few minutes later, the waitress asked us to move to a smaller table for two. The way she approached us was not polite at all & showed a clear lack of customer service.
What made things worse was how she later spoke to my wife at the new table, telling her to'keep your seat straight' in a rude manner, even though there was plenty of space around. The tone & attitude were completely unnecessary & unprofessional.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Staff should know how to speak to customers with respect. I would give 0 stars for customer service. This employee clearly needs proper training on how to deal with guests respectfully
Very disappointed, we came just to stay for 1 hour, the lady seated us at a table just to decide after we settled to move us to another table that was freed after a customer left, then she proceeded to dictate on me how to sit although the table had no leg space & there was enough space for those passing behind/beside us. Very rude & unprofessional for a casual experience. I would have rated 0 if I could.
Franchement , j'adore cette endroit de chicha , j'apporte toujours mon pc portables rtx4060 avec son super processeur amd ryzen, je joue à fortnite avec la chicha à côté , je trouve que l'ambiance est superbe pour les études & les petites parties de jeux vidéos . Je conseille cette endroit à tout les gamers dans le sang & les fumeurs de chicha

Accueil le plus arrogant jamais vu - & venant probablement du propriétaire.
Ce soir, je me suis présenté avec deux amis. Le salon était quasiment vide : trois clients, une serveuse, & un grand homme chauve qui n'était même pas habillé comme un employé. Dès qu'il a entendu que nous avions demandé une table de quatre à la serveuse, il s'est mêlé de la situation… pour nous parler d'un ton hautain & autoritaire.
Nous voulions simplement deux petites tables collées pour être plus confortables. Au lieu de cela, il a insisté pour nous placer sur une petite table pour trois, collée à la porte & sous la télévision, avec le froid & le bruit. Lorsque nous avons demandé une table un peu plus grande - ce qui ne dérangeait absolument personne, vu que la salle était vide - il a refusé sèchement, avec une arrogance incroyable, en disant : « Non, je ne peux pas vous donner une table à 4. »
Nous sommes pourtant des clients réguliers, habitués à consommer chicha, plats & boissons. J'ai tenté d'expliquer cela calmement, mais sa réponse est restée un NON catégorique, sans aucune considération, comme si notre présence le dérangeait.
Résultat : nous avons quitté les lieux extrêmement déçus.
Si cet homme est réellement le propriétaire, c'est encore plus grave : un tel manque d'accueil & de respect pour les clients est incompréhensible. Avec seulement trois personnes dans le salon, on aurait pu s'attendre à un minimum d'hospitalité… mais non. Au lieu d'attirer les clients, il les fait fuir.
Une expérience honteuse & indigne d'un commerce. À éviter absolument
They never miss the target. Been there multiple times & service, food & shisha are really the best compared to other places in montreal. They also keep the place clean & have two types of dining settings with more ambient light or less. THE lounge to go to.
