The chick pea & pork confit stew might make you reexamine your life. I'll be chasing that high for the rest of my life. You might question whether you deserve it or not. The chef assured me that I do indeed deserve it.
Good wine selection. Mushroom & chicken paella was top notch.

Excellent service. Owner/chefs are committed to make perfect food. I was at Montreal for 2 days. On the first day, I could not had paella because menu shows that it takes 40min to make. Went there again to get paella. It was best decision that I have made during the travel. 40min sounds long but it wasn't. Once I finish with sangria & first tapas (Gamba al ajillo),paella came out right away. It is great place to have great food with partner/family. Will definitely come back whenever I travel to Montreal.

Montreal Paella is my favorite restaurant in the city! The staff goes above & beyond to provide exceptional service & ensure that our meal exceeds expectation. & it always does!
Chef Mariano & his team put care & love into every dish they create which is reflected in the depth & layered nuances of the flavors. Rarely do I dream about food, but I dream about this food.
If you live in, or are visiting, Montreal I can't recommend this restaurant more highly. Each dish is truly a sensory delight. :-)

My wife & I first visited this restaurant on a random date night, & we were so enchanted by the experience that we kept coming back time & time again. This has been the best paella experience outside Spain. Also the bread with tomatoes. They have special bread baked for this & it is amazing. We felt like in Spain ; the food was awesome also the hospitality of Elena who served us with passion. It is the first time but not the last time. It was so kind of the owner/chef Mariano to come to our table & inquire about our experience. He is so passionate about his job. Great to have businessmen like this. Thank you! 👏🧿
This place was amazing! It showcased true authentic flavors from the Valencia region of Spain. They specialize in a variety of individual or family style Paellas while offering numerous tapas & small plates. Owner/Chef Marianio Fernandez & his wife Tamera have created a real masterpiece together. The food, ambiance, service, & decor is a real dream come true. This culinary gem is located in the heart of the Saint- Laurent area of Montreal. An absolute must see if you are in the city.
