Stopped by this bakery on a whim & I am glad I did. The aroma when you walk inside is amazing & you can tell everything is handled with a lot of care. It is a local gem that keeps traditions alive & the product is top notch. It is rare to find a place that focuses so intently on one thing & does it this well. This bakery is a hidden treasure in the city. The matzah is light & perfectly baked every single time I visit.
