Jadooooooore votre menu surtout vos bols ! Tellement bien remplis que j'ai du le manger en deux parties & j'ai découvert que même quand le bols a refroidit il es excellent franchement bravo & merci d'avoir ouvert une succursales sur le plateau !

Parmi l'ensemble des établissements Monteiro, celui du plateau mont royal se distingue par la qualité de son poulet piripiri & la quantité de son offre. Le service exceptionnel fourni par toute l'équipe est véritablement remarquable.

Nous souhaitons aborder certaines préoccupations concernant les livreurs Uber/DoorDash. Il est impératif de respecter les procédures établies par notre entreprise, notamment l'utilisation de sacs hermétiques pour la livraison. L'absence de ce matériel essentiel entraînera le refus de la commande.

Nous avons également constaté des comportements inappropriés de la part de certains livreurs, tels que le manque de professionnalisme (parler au téléphone pendant le service, absence de salutations) & le non-respect des règles vestimentaires, même par temps froid. Nous attendons un minimum de respect de la part de nos partenaires.

De plus, nous avons remarqué des tentatives de discrédit de notre entreprise par le biais de faux comptes & de commentaires malveillants, parfois même lorsque le restaurant n'est pas ouvert. Ces agissements sont inacceptables & témoignent d'un manque de respect flagrant.

Nous tenons à informer que notre patience & notre compréhension ont leurs limites. Tout livreur qui ne se conformera pas aux règles, notamment en ce qui concerne l'utilisation des sacs, ou qui adoptera un comportement irrespectueux (insultes, attitude négative) sera immédiatement bloqué de notre plateforme.
