Amazing doner sandwiches. Meat js well done & seasoned. Sandwiches are heavy & they are generous with their toppings. Very filling. We came from Toronto & found it accidentally. We will return here again!
This is an awesome Turkish restaurant, in fact it might be the best one adjacent to downtown & I've now tried all of the Turkish restaurants on the lower side of the city. Very flavorful meat. The platter came with both bulgur & rice so it was very filling. A generous serving of salad too. The portion to price ratio here is truly righteous.

So far, never tried a better place in Montreal, & I tried a LOT as I am a doner fanatic. This is by far the most tasty & generous portion of all the places I tried with great customization to boot. Cannot recommend enough. Too bad it's so far from where I live & food arrives on the cold side, but not restaurant's fault.
Best doner in Montreal by far that I order often, & after my recent experience, it will be the only place I ever order from. Price / quality / taste is unmatched IMHO.
I have visited this place numerous times, & my experiences have consistently been positive! The food is excellent & reasonably priced, making it a great value. We frequently order their doner sandwiches, wraps, & burgers, all of which are served on freshly baked doner bread (you have to wait for a bit as it's fresh). The portion sizes are generous, ensuring a satisfying meal. Additionally, they offer a wide range of other delicious choices, including pizza & chicken wings, providing plenty of options to suit different tastes.
I've only tried their doner sandwiches through deliveries, & they're great. The sandwiches are VERY generous, they're absolutely stuffed with tasty meat & your choice of veggies. I've tried the traditional round one, & the wrap, both are very good but I have a preference for their traditional bread they make in house I believe. Try them with garlic & spicy sauce, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes & coban salad. Delicious.
Mont-Istanbul truly understands the art of sandwich making. Their sandwiches are packed with generous portions of meat & bursting with flavor. I was quite hungry, so I ordered the mixed shawarma as well, but the sandwich alone was more than enough to satisfy my appetite. The mixed plate, loaded with even more meat, is a testament to their commitment to hearty portions. If you're looking for a meal that delivers on both taste & quantity, Mont-Istanbul is where you need to be.

This is hands down the BEST donair in the city: the bread is a specialty baked fresh on the premises, the toppings are typical & tasty... dont miss out! & don't forget to bring your appetite: portions are generous .
Hidden gem, real & tasty turkish food. Sometimes food in Turkey itself may not be as delicious as here. Very generous portions & very very reasonably priced.
We came for dinner with our family & let me tell you, the food was amazing!! Authentic turkish cuisine & friendly staff made this whole experience very enjoyable! They were also very generous with their portions!!
