J'habite le quartier depuis des années & il m'est arrivé très souvent (trop) de passer tôt le matin & voir la livraison de patates qui attendaient dans des sacs, dehors, à même le sol, à toutes les températures possibles... Je ne fréquenterai jamais ce commerce, la salubrité des aliments me fait peur.

I got the chicken gyro for $10 (including tax & a small tip.)

Good value
Super friendly, I asked for a little extra garlic sauce & they were kind enough to get me some.

I will try the beef next time, it was so popular that there was barely any left on the rotisserie today.

On y va toujours & toujours pour la qualité , meilleur shish taouk en ville & prix très correct! . Le propriétaire est très gentil. Disons que le local aurait besoin d'amour mais on y va surtout pour la bouffe non?

Les sandwichs pita & les plats de ce petit restaurant libanais rue Beaubien sont frais & délicieux, n'ont rien à envier aux grandes chaines de restaurants semblables. Il y a un bon choix & les portions sont généreuses. La qualité des plats est irréprochable & les prix sont étonnement bas & méritent d'être mentionnés. Le souriant propriétaire-opérateur était auparavant du nombre dans la grande équipe du resto Al Noor, un fameux resto shish-taouk rue Lacombe de l'arrondissement Côte-des-Neiges où j'allais souvent manger - très populaire & très couru par la population étudiante & locale pour la qualité de ses plats & sandwichs pita. Je suis ravie qu'il soit venu reprendre à son compte comme propriétaire/opérateur cet ancien resto Shish-Taouk, à quelques pas du métro, où il est venu continuer de rehausser & de faire honneur à cette cuisine. Pour toutes ces raisons, pour son grand sourire & sa générosité, je le recommande fortement. Je continue d'aller m'y régaler!
