Great sandwiches (I had the Vegan Go! Habs Go! & my spouse made his own) BUT it is a little difficult to find as they have rebranded? The sign says ILA, but menu & decor are the same as older photos…

The sandwiches are super flavorful & filling. 1 order should be enough for 2 person. But dont settle for jsut 1 flavor, order different ones so you can try more!!

I honestly don't know what happened to Mono sandwich. I bought Off the Boat & Hero Sandwiches, but the quality has completely fallen off a cliff. I used to enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, what I got this time was an embarrassment compared to what they used to serve.

The sandwiches are tiny, low-quality, & slapped together with no care whatsoever. The bread was stale & dry, the fillings tasted cheap & processed, & the portion was so small that I left still hungry. For the price they charge, it's a complete rip-off.

What's even worse is knowing that this place used to be much better. They had good bread, fresh ingredients, & sandwiches that felt worth the money. Now it seems like they've cut every corner possible-less meat, less flavor, & way less effort.

If you've never been, don't waste your time or money. & if you used to be a fan like me, prepare to be disappointed. There are way too many better options around to settle for what they're serving now.

Verdict: Avoid this place. It's not what it used to be, & it's absolutely not worth it anymore.

My sister & I shared one hot hungry man & one cold godfather sandwiches & they were both delicious & packed! Fries were crispy. Cute decor. Will return.

This restaurant recently changed names. We ordered four sandwiches & French fries before our trip to Quebec City & they were all absolutely delicious. Generous portions & the bread was soft & yummy. Their roast beef sandwiches were especially outstanding but everything was good & well made. Samir gave us absolutely outstanding service & we had a really nice conversation with us. We can't wait for our next visit !
