"Randomly walked by Monarque and it looked super nice inside. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us quickly. Loved the ambiance. This time we only had a few cocktails and appetizers but I definitely plan to go back next time I'm in Montreal. Not an inexpensive place, but the level of service is high and worth it."
