+ Waitress is super nice. Meat is tasty & fantastic, concept is great - Only two people serving, looked understaffed Service was slow & sporadic, waiter didn't seem trained at all. Some of the dumpling seemed like they were not freshly cooked(hardened corners), we showed it to them, never brought back any... Looks like a scam so we don't get served (all you can eat) Ventilation (AC) is very poor, we opened the windows ourselves & felt better, but the waiters could have opened the windows all around. Again, I think they did their best, but overall, organization & quality control should be revised.

Je ne connaissais pas ce principe de restauration avant d'entrer & j'ai été agréablement surpris. Le fait de faire cuire sa nourriture au centre de la table rajoute de la convivialité au moment. De plus les produits proposés étaient très bon.
