Expérience vraiment décevante. La nourriture était franchement mauvaise & le service horrible. Nous avions une réservation à 20h15, mais nous avons seulement été assis à 21h. Je peux comprendre qu'il y ait de l'achalandage, mais une fois installés, ça a encore pris 15 minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne simplement prendre notre commande de boissons. Aucun suivi, aucune attention.

Côté nourriture : sur 6 personnes, 5 ont eu mal au ventre après le repas. Rien ne semblait frais, & ça a clairement gâché la soirée.

En plus, à la fin du repas, on a tenté de nous facturer 15% de plus par personne parce qu'on était un groupe de 6. Je n'ai rien contre le principe, mais il faut absolument avertir les clients à l'avance, au minimum lors de la réservation. On nous a dit que c'était une « politique maison », mais le serveur a refusé de l'ajouter clairement sur la facture pour le justifier, & a plutôt appliqué 15% de pourboire automatiquement.

Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

I went here for a friend's birthday celebration. I'm on a special restrictive diet for health reasons & didn't want to eat. They said that for anyone to have the BBQ (what the people went there for) we ALL have to have the BBQ. But I cannot have it. It's impossible for me now. So I had not choice but to leave so that others could eat what they wanted. Bad call. I've worked in restaurants. Odd cases happen. It's a SERVICE industry. Poor service, poor customer awareness.

We reserved online for 8 people. I would have expected 2 grills, but we were sat at a long table with 1 grill at the far end. 2 of us where too far away from the grill to use it so we had to order from the regular menu. Even 6 people around the 1 grill was way to tight. The service was very slow & not accurate to what we ordered, but at least the staff was friendly.

I would go back to Montreal just so I could eat here again. The food was so good. It was my first time trying Spicy Korean fried chicken & it was amazing. Wow. The only thing that surprised me were the limited meat options for the bbq since I don't eat pork. I was really looking forward to the short rib but they were out 🥲

La bouffe très bonne, le service a été excellent, cependant je pense qu'il manquait du personnel. Il y avait une table avec des personnes qui faisaient beaucoup trop de bruit & la musique très haute.
