Tasteless chicken, tasteless jabjae, we didn't even touch the tofu soup (weird, didn't have any gochujang paste), the pork bulgogi also wasn't cook with gochujang paste, served with mayo & salad??? ... & on top of all, it took 45 min to get the food. Nothing like the Mon Ami we we're used too... probably changed owner, but really they should change the chef.
we just spent 40$ per person as a group of 3. we were initially excited to eat korean bbq & try this place out but we had a horrible experience. first of all, the food was brought to us in increments of 20-30 mins : all the raw food first, & then maybe every now & then we received something else (2 cold dumplings 40 mins into service) & there were less than 15 people in the restaurant including us. they also forgot items we ordered, & our order really wasn't long. we could have asked for an update of when we would get it, but it had been an hour since we ordered & having tasted the food, we didn't care to do so. the food was at best a 5/10 for the raw stuff we cooked ourselves (u should pass on the chicken). the edamame had 0 salt, we got like 8 fries, they're extremely stingy with sauces, & the toilets were like an abandoned crime scene from what my brother said, without exaggeration. i never leave reviews, even when i have a sub-par experience, & i hate to say something negative about anything but the experience really was that rough. the people working there seem genuinely really nice & kind, & i don't think this is specific to this restaurant, just the chain itself is not worth experiencing. i am so upset that i went into this with an empty stomach & soooooo hungry only to eat bad food & spend ~150 on something i really didnt enjoy. im so sad rn & we're literally going to another restaurant immediately after finishing here
Definitely my favorite Korean BBQ in town. Good service & good food! The fried chicken is lit
This restaurant is one of my favourites on decarie. I tried pretty much everything on the menu.I recommend the bulgogi japchea & both their dumplings(fried & steamed). The karaage chicken is very good. I highly recommend the garlic one. Also, I have been served by Lee multiple times & he gave outstanding service every single time. He is quick , courteous & always gives good recommendations.Great vibes!
Ordered for pickup. I used to like their food. But the last time I ordered, the fried chicken was burned.
Wanted a place for girls night & we came accross this place.
Good food, good vibes for a dinner with family & friends.
The drinks are big & tasty!
Their fried chicken is AMAZING!!!!
I will definetely go back!
Staff & atmosphere are on point. Meat was ruff, very chewy. Clearly not quality meat. Sames goes for the fried chicken, very basic. The meat generally speaking don't have much of a taste.
The bbq meats were nice & delicious, & the staff were friendly! The service was a bit slow but they were all helpful & nice. The side dish such as fried chicken was a bit hard to chew & cold. I ordered cold noodle from the menu which I assumed cold noodle soup from the picture, but they gave japchae (stir glass noodle) instead. I was a bit confused by it but I ate it anyway.
We went here for their buffet. They have great meat option with delicious flavor. Their korean fried chicken are my favorite. I am glad to see it include in the buffet menu. Their staff were polite & fast service!
If you're looking for a tasty all you can eat, you've found the perfect spot! For roughly 35$ per person (more like 45 after tax+tip), you can eat a wide range of delicious food till you pop! The foods made in house where incredible & fresh. Things like the fried chicken, spring rolls, & kimchi pancake where crispy & hot, & all where packed with flavour! We had about every single raw/marinated meat they had & overall no complaints! The pork marinade is perfectly sweet without taking away the yummy pork flavours. The beef bulgogi is high quality & paired well with any sauce, & the seafood they offer is rich in quality. They know what they're doing! The chicken wasn't a crowd fav, we found the spicy aspect to be a little TOO spicy & took away the flavour of the actual meat. All their sauces are tasty & pair well with anything! Dessert was shaved ice with condensed milk & either chocolate or strawberry syrup, easy 10/10! Perfectly light & not too filling, especially after considering how much you eat! It is important to know that this is an incredible ayce restaurant but if you're looking for more great Korean flavours, then this may not be it. There are definitely places that encapsulate Korean cuisine bette
The best Korean buffet restaurant in town! The service is super fast, the chicken is crispy & fresh! All the staff smilesand approachable. Definitely coming back & would recommend to someone craving for korean food.❤️
Came on a not busy day. We ordered the first round, missing a lot of items. Then, we wanted to order a second time so we send the paper. The person came to us to say that half of the thing we ordered are out of stock... at 6h30 PM, with just 2 other persons on the room , then we placed 3rd order, half came & the rest, nothing. No more fried chicken,no more shrimp,no more calamari, no more radis,no more lot of things was said to us & that all is out of stock. Took around 1h before getting the 2nd round (that was missing a lot of things) Probably won't come back ,especially if it's still the same & won't recommended with thay bad experience we had :( , especially if you are a group of people.. not a good idea
Where to begin... Red flags: Plastic cups with mold in it, asked to change & came back still with cups with mold in it; at that point, it was pointless to ask when they clearly don't care for cleanliness Only table & never once checked to see if we were good or refill water; we couldn't wait to get out (myself & gf) No banchans! Not enough salt in the sesame oil & no ssamjang?!?!?! Menu not updated online (seems as though it's new ownership) Ceiling fan not functioning with a lot of dust on the blades specifically at the one seated at table 5, with the dining area open for ventilation & other ceiling fans working Fresh meat mixed with slightly older stock Fried chicken seemed to be refried as it was extra dry & crispy, not juicy as you would expect especially from korean fried chicken Meats barely seasoned with described sauce (seems as though it was basted before being served) Quite the disappointment from previous experiences, you've been warned if you want legitimate KBBQ this isn't it.
The gentleman server was great however the original fried chicken was not as good as i hoped. It tasted refried lightly seasoned & thats why its 3 stars for me. Would try something different next time.
Very good service. Below average food. There should have been more ventilation, my dress & hair smells like BBQ agreed coming out of the place. The creamy ramen noodle was horrible. It was just the plain noodle in a cream colored water, a complete waste of money. Spicy chicken was good. The cocktails were served in huge jars, so be careful in ordering that. I ordered Mango fizz, 0 alcohol in it
Seafood pancake was not the best, but the fried chicken & bulgogi were well marinated

I ordered two full chicken today for take out. When I got home I open the box & I found the chicken was burnt & dry. It looks like it was left overs & fried again. I paid 62.00$ for it ,it's not even eatable. This place is terrible, not worth ordering there or even dining.
