What a gem in Brossard! I had the beef bibimbap & the Korean fried chicken - both were absolutely delicious & full of authentic flavor. You can really taste the care that goes into the food. The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming, & the staff were super friendly & attentive from start to finish. Definitely one of my new favorite spots for Korean cuisine. Can't wait to come back!View more

I can't recommend Mon Ami Solar enough - it's quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city! The fried chicken here is incredible - perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, & seasoned just right. You can tell they take real care in the kitchen.
But the star of the show for me was their LA GALBI - unbelievably tender, rich with flavor, & grilled to perfection. Each bite melts in your mouth, & the portion was generous. Paired with their delicious sides, it was an absolute treat.
On top of the amazing food, the vibe at Mon Ami Solar is perfect. It's cozy but modern, with great lighting & a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're there for a casual dinner or a relaxed night out with friends, it hits just the right tone. You feel comfortable lingering over your meal & soaking it all in.

We had a very good experience. Great service & great food! Offering hot water or lemon water was a nice touch. The tteok-kkochi was soft & chewy, the fried chicken was crisp & tender. We highly recommend the bulgogi & spicy pork udon dishes. The udon was cooked perfectly & the pork was very flavourful.View more

This place was great! The service felt like a mom & pop shop, the food was fantastic for the price point & their fried chicken was cooked to perfection with just right amount of crunch. cozy place to grab Korean food near DIX30. Went for lunch & we ended being the only customers that day. Their fried chicken is so crispy & tender!! The bibimbap on the other hand came out undercooked- the clay pot wasn't hot enough & the rice didn't get crispy. We had to ask the waitress to put it back in the oven for us. Considering they had no other customers, it was a tad disappointing.View more

Very good experience at this location. Restaurant is very clean. Food is super tasty. We ordered fried chicken half & half, pan cake & a rice dish. Chicken is the crunchiest. Rice is super soft & chewy. Overall, very satisfied. We definitely come back to try more dishes.View more

I was told this Mon Ami has better fried chicken. In general not bad but I would suggest the batter can be a little bit more salty. The outside is crispy. Inside is ok moist.
Tried other dishes. Bibimbap is not bad. At least they have the real stone bowl & it is served hot. If they can have the rice a little bit roasted at the bottom it would be nice.
Japchae (potato noodle) is also not bad. The taste is well balanced (noodle & vegetables ratio, not too salty not too bland). Black bean noodle is also good. Not too salty but savory enough. I especially like the noodle type that they used.
Seafood pancake is decent but not something I would strongly recommend. It is a bit thick & flavour is not strong (a bit bland in my opinion). Although they do have sufficient ingredients.
I like the portion of each plate. It is not overly small or big.
It is not a big restaurant aiming for dine it. I called in advance to reserve a table for 7pm & there was no problem.
The servers are responsive & nice.
The restaurant does not have a light up sign outside. At night my parents had difficulty finding itView more
