Amazing !!!! The sashimi was so fresh , it melts in your mouth . My favorite was the grilled squid , grilled right & seasoned to perfection . The restaurant is small, cozy & pretty .

The space itself is beautiful & thoughtfully designed, striking a perfect balance between elegance & warmth.
We couldn't resist trying the Momiji Box-a tasting of nine chef creations-& it absolutely lived up to the hype. Each bite felt fresh, precise, & carefully crafted, showcasing both creativity & respect for ingredients. The A5 Wagyu was impossibly tender & truly melts in your mouth. We also sampled the Temaki (which were divided among us with precision) & were surprised by the generous amount packed into them.
The drinks were just as refined-we tried the Matcha Breeze, & it was delightful, both balanced & refreshing.
The experience goes far beyond the plate.
We also loved noticing the finer design choices: lighting diffusers typically used in photography & speakers aimed directly at sound-absorbing panels. It's clear that someone thoughtfully considered how the space would feel, sound, & photograph, & that attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable
I wish I could give 5 million stars !!!! I'm literally in the middle of my meal & JUST finished the cod cheek & my life has changed for good oh my god. Food is so good & drinks are so yum!
i just wanted to say i haven't even gotten our main meal yet but the cod cheek was easily the best thing ive ever put in my mouth & i needed everyone to know about it thank you
Delivers on food & hospitality. The menu is diverse & well executed, from excellent yakitori & noodles to fresh sushi & nigiri. Solid wine & sake list, thoughtfully curated. The service is attentive without being overbearing. The space is cozy & intimate, but a bit on the dark side. Overall, a great spot.

Momiji is a mind blowing Japanese restaurant. Their sushi is incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, & honestly one of the highlights of the whole experience. The foie gras x truffle maki is mouthwatering. If you want something fun & unique, the Momiji box is a must. It is a tasty curated selection of the chef's creations that lets you taste a bit of everything. They also offer Kushi & delicious Mazemen 🍱
The drink menu is another mind blowing experience. They have cocktails, sake, & a great wine list that pair nicely with the dishes🍸
Best food ever loved the staff super friendly & ofcourse a big thank you to Vien Cao for having our group to the restaurant & making changes to the menu the way we liked it.
Honnêtement, l'approche etait impeccable! La nourriture etait excellente! Lors de notre souper, nous avons moins aimé un plat (ce qui arrive dans la vie, tous les goûts sont dans la nature). Le serveur a remarqué que nous n'avions pas terminé l'assiette & nous a questionné si nous avions aimé celle-ci… nous avons été honnête avec lui & il a très bien réagi & il a été proactif par la suite ! Je lève mon chapeau a son professionnalisme & son éthique de travail! (Jeune homme avec une couette (je ne connais pas son nom malheureusement). Bref, bravo à l'équipe pour ce beau resto & pour l'expérience!
Deuxième fois a Momiji je recommande fortement. Les poissons sont délicieux !! Gros coup de coeur pour la pizza momiji très original. Gabrielle etait notre serveuse elle etait vraiment a l'écoute & a su nous mettre a l'aise, le service a été super rapide & les plats sont vraiment de qualité.Les options pour vegetariens sont super on a eu la salade momiji wow !! avec les ramen au champignons super ! Les desserts sont incroyable on a eu la mousse chocolat & la mousse framboise matcha juste incroyable.
Perfect service, lovely atmosphere, & inventive menu, but the actual food leaves a lot to be desired. Everything seemed to be missing seasoning, zing, interest, depth of flavor - which is the last thing you want given the price point. Extremely overhyped, very costly, not worth it.
Resto is such a good vibe. Their raw fish are the best I've had in North America. Servers are all super chill & friendly. Highly recommend their Sashimi Moriawase & lamb skewers.
Sorry but it was very disappointing. We ordered the lunch special & I got the one with Ikura. I got a small portion of rice with 5 thin slices of salmon & a little bit of ikura. The rice was not seasoned & I have to add more soy sauce in each bite. The lunch special came with miso soup & salad. The salad was decent. The miso soup was also bland. We also ordered the skewers & it was good. The rest of our group was not satisfied with their food as well. It was lunchtime & there was not a lot of people in the restaurant. That could have been the sign of us already but looking at all the positive reviews here in Google, we still gave it a chance. Sorry but no... With the price with paid, I don't think it was worth it.
