via LibroMultiple times food or drinks were brought to our table, we said that we did not order them, only to be questioned by the wait staff asking if we didn't want them anymore. They then realized they were for the next tables over. It seemed as if the numbering of the tables was off. For example, espressos were brought to our table, but we had not even received any of our food yet at that point. The wait staff then was asking us if we didn't want them anymore. After he took them back to the bar, he realized it was for the table next to us.

The experience was well bellow expectations.
We were a group of 15 & I reserved the private section weeks in advance because that was important for our group, & we didn't want to disturb other clients since we were a bachelor group.
I also when physically to the restaurant 2 days before our reservation (Thursday) to reconfirm that we had the private room & was told that everything was setup.
However, when we got there, the private section was not available, & we had to sit in the main dining room.
The service was also very slow we had to wait 35-40 min for the waiter to get our drink order. Some of us also went directly at the bar to get some drinks.
Ordering was also problematic, we were also supposed to get a fixed price group menu that we were not able to get & out of 15 peoples, 10 orders had to be changed because of shortage. That's just unreal, a steak house that run out of steak (the were no more Kansas Steak & fillet mignon).
After a rough start we asked our waiter to see the manager, but he never came to our table.
Overall, a very bad experience for all of us & that's I shame because I was looking forward to this event since I work at CDPQ in the same building as the restaurant.

Everybody at my table was happy with her me up, except for myself
I wish I'd known that the shish kebab was served Middle Eastern style. It wasn't what I was expecting.
via LibroOverall very good. A couple of major errors in service, but the manager is a real pro & took the necessary steps to make things right.
via LibroAccueil a l'entrée 5/5 par la demoiselle hyper sympathique, décor magnifique. par contre le serveur avec peu de classe: cela a pris 15 minutes avant d apportez le vin, il servait les verres d'eau avec l'eau qui s'échappait de la carafe & coulait a coté, assiette non chaude de mon coté. Les assiettes vides & ustensiles montrant que nous avions terminé non pas été enlevées rapidement. Il semblait y avoir un maitre d'hôtel qui se pavanait plus qu'il ne s'occupait des tables. Allez voir les clients & leur demander si ils appréciaient leur soiree semblait peu le préoccuper . Bref un service médiocre pour ce genre de place. Dommage !

There is nothing about Moishes that is Moishes except for the name. The chopped liver, the steak , the French fries, the Monte Carlo all new recipes & all not as good as MoishesVoir plus

Both time I ate at the restaurant the meat was very chewy. Even though the second time we took the 120$ meat it was still very chewy & I had to spit two pieces in my napkin as it was too chewy.
We were very disappointed considering the price. Both times.
The rest was great.

via LibroLes steaks c'était vraiment pas bon on a changé notre assiette deux fois encore c'est la même chose coté prix vous êtes trop cher comprimant votre nourriture très cheap dans assist. Je pense nous retombe pas chez vous.dsl

Then took 40 min for someone to come & take our dinner order even though we were told several times ‘I'll be right with you'. After that it went fine. Would not have minded but saw a few tables come in after us & they were served before us
