Is this the same as the old moishe's? No! But is the experience still amazing? Yes! Moishe's was all about exceptional steaks & perfect service delivered every time & if there was an issue with something it was fixed without attitude! This hasn't changed! We were served by Mo who was incredibly professional & provided exactly the level of service our group of 4 was looking for & he helped make our evening special. The food was exactly as it has always been ( i do prefer the old rye bread vs the challah breads) but hot tip - don't fill up on bread!!! the steaks & sides are too delicious! I always get the filet mignon & ask for it to be' butterflied' or cut in half & love their signature monte carlo mashed potato & creamed spinach & mushrooms fried onions & the fresh cut fries. I do share the steak to make room for the sides! Started with a delicious caesar salad & ended with one of the best mille feuilles anywhere. Maybe one day they'll bring back the strawberry tarts! look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this Classic Reinvented iconic restaurant!View more

Je dois malheureusement donner un quatre étoiles, ce que je considère faible compte tenu que c'est facilement 200$ par personne. Le service était bon mais pas particulièrement chaleureux de la part des serveurs, l'entrée de pieuvre était trop cuite & mal apprêté. Il y a de meilleures places à ce prix dans le centre-ville de Montréal.View more

If I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would-they truly deserve it. This is hands-down the best restaurant I've been to in a long time, & that's just based on the service alone. The staff is incredibly attentive, noticing & responding to every little detail without being intrusive. You feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It's clear they take pride in what they do, & it shows in every interaction. Dining here is not just a meal-it's an experience.View more

The food was over & above. There were a couple of times my water glass was empty. We did order bubbly & wine, but still needed water. We asked another waiter for mint with the lamb chops & waited, but when asked the maitre'd he said we don't serve mint. Advising us before my friend waited to eat, would of been nice!This is the second time since they opened that we were here & definitely will be back soon. The rib steak was the best I ever had.
