Recommended by friends from La Belle Tonki, so I came in expecting something a little quirky, a little wild, & full of flavour. That's exactly what I got.
The setting is funky in the best way-laid-back, colorful, eclectic. It feels like the kind of place where you can wear mismatched socks & still feel cool. We had oysters (fresh & bright), cavatelli (cozy & comforting), beef tartare (rich & punchy), bhaji (crispy perfection), & fries (a whole personality of their own).
I went with a friend. We started out sharing everything, but by the end, the food was so good we were basically in a quiet custody battle over each dish. I may have lost a friend that day, but honestly, I'd do it again for that cavatelli.
10/10 would recommend. Just maybe go solo if your friendships are fragile.

I have always been curious to try this place & did so for the first time a few days ago. The flavors of the potato salad was amazing...still craving it today
The chicken sandwich & the fish & chips dish we're perfect in quantity fresh & satisfying.
Also REALLY appreciated that the waiter verbally translated the menu in English for my friend who was visiting from NYC.
Definitely recommend this gem of a place. Planning to treat my friend for her bday meal here!
Great little local spot for a high quality lunch. Didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Food was delicious. Will definitely return.
An awesome gem tucked in Vieux-Rosemont. Great vibes & wine selection. The place is so cozy & warm, you feel like eating at your friend's house. Love this place & will keep going regularly as I can't get that fried chicken sandwich out of my head..!

Très beau restaurant, service sympathique & efficace. La nourriture est bonne, bien qu'un peu cher. Si vous aimez les bières de Messorem, ils ont une bonne sélection.
Fantastique petite adresse de quartier pour un bon verre de vin nature local & de la bouffe réconfortante. On adore aussi l'ambiance de ce petit local chaleureux. On y retourne souvent!

- Sandwich poulet frit : 10/10 - Buscuit : 5/10 - Chips maison : 3/10 Ça vaut la peine d'aller manger un sandwich, mais les chips & le biscuit ne valent pas la peine. Les chips étaient trop cuites presque brulées. Le biscuit n'était ni chaud ni moelleux, & il était trop cuit voire dur sur les côtés. L'ambiance était génial!
Le tartare est fou. Le cheesecake 🤤 & super service. Ben le fun cette place.
We were impressed with this'simple sandwich shop'. The food was amazing & it was tucked away in a nice little neighborhood. We both had meals that were above what we were expecting. The appetizers of'popcorn' chicken & curry vegetable patties were top notch & the sandwiches were full of flavor. Perfect meal!
