"Great pho for a good price nowadays. Nothing complicated, went with a pho with rare beef, well done beef and tripe. Food was served quickly, the broth was delicious and there was plenty of meat. The only thing missing was cilantro, which I assume is taken out to cater to the local tastes, but hey, it is what it is."
